This restaurant disappoints me more and more everytime…. As a college student, you would expect a restaurant so close to a college campus to be BETTER! From the staff with their constant attitudes and disrespect to PAYING CUSTOMERS this restaurant will continue to face its downfall. Constantly every week, out of chicken, out of sour cream, out of lettuce, out of guacamole. You can’t consistently be out of everything. And for me to be told you are out of something and place a mobile order and recieve it, and then be talked to down is absolutely outrageous. This is going to affect this business greatly.

Just came back from picking up my uber eats of $44. The order to the right had a request for extra steak which was paid for. Look at the difference in portion size of the picture. Like seriously? Chipotle is just getting worse every day. The food was also extremely cold. Definitely not coming back here.

I’m through giving them the benefit of the doubt I’m done with Chipotle. The audacity of charging $4!!!! for extra meat just to have the employee look me right in the eyes and put half a scoop in is absurd. Why is it they think that is okay? Are they taking the extra food home after shift? Are they being told to give as little a portion as possible even when customers PAY EXTRA?! The employees don’t care and the corporation is okay robbing me. I won’t be back to this Chipotle nor any other location, Pollo it is.
That is not making any sense that the only way to have quesadilla is online I just walk to have it and the employe told me that is order from up that mean is from corporate I believe , I don’t know if that made any
