Chipotle is my go-to spot whenever I don’t want to overthink food. It’s the place I choose when I don’t want to cook, don’t want to wait, and don’t want to make another decision. It’s always easy, simple, tasty, and consistently fresh. Somehow it manages to feel healthy while still being fun. Every time I come here, I get exactly what I need without any hassle. Reliable and delicious.

Extremely small portions, barely any protein. And you pay so much for their food. 3 chefs or cajun grill would never do this. Horrible for the price and to get more chicken it’s 4 dollars extra. I’m sorry but no. I’m done with chipotle.

It’s the closest to my house- and in the past few months whenever we have gone they always mess up our order, forget parts of our order and we have to return to the store to complain, it has happened 4 times by now. Never going back.

After the wet bag they gave me collapsed, I discovered that they had given me the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen in my life. And when I asked for them to remake it, they started giggling before asking their manager. Eventually they remade it only slightly bigger than the previous one, while forgetting to put Guac on the new burrito despite reading the ingredients that were written on the old burrito.

This place does not keep an orderly line. Things are just put to the front in a hurry and sauces are overflowing into other products. Attention to costumers is horrible. Who can blame them when they don’t even get paid enough to care for their jobs.

This chipotle is an embarrassment. Tables dirty uncaring employees and cold food.
The service was prompt. Just about its only redeeming quality.
For reference, i ordered a burrito bowl - steak. The only heat on this plate was from the hour sauce. The steak was cold as were the other ingredient - black beans and white rice.
When I walked in All the employees were on the table to the right of the cashier.
All tables dirty.
I will not be coming back to the this location.

Possibly the worst chipotle that made me swear off chipotle for life . I gave this place so many chances because it is so close to home . Over a DOZEN times have they got my order completely wrong or missing something I paid for in the actual dish itself . Management is horrendous here and the employees are even worse . Place is always filthy. Thats why I always ordered out . No more chipotle for me . This place ruined it for me

If I could give 0 stars for the food, I would. I ordered a quesadilla pickup on the app, once I got home and opened it I saw a quesadilla that looked like a brick because it wasn’t even cut, the cheese in it was not melted as usual you can tell because it is in literal strands. Not to mention that i ordered sour cream and got corn instead? It was disgusting honestly. I am incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed as this has always been my go-to chipotle. When I went on the app and talked to their AI it said they would let management in the store know as if that makes my problem any better. Definitely will not be getting my business again.
