The girls who served us were very dry to the point of not speaking and being disrespectful with their attitude. I ordered double chicken and avocado and they gave me almost nothing, it seemed like a simple dish. I paid a lot for myself and my children for a terrible service.

This location is extremely stingy with portion sizes especially the meat but also including the rice and beans which are extremely low cost. There was barely any meat, rice or beans in both of the burritos I ordered. I had to add a bunch of lettuce and salsas just to try and make the burrito large enough to be half way full. I don't recommend this location compared to others.

I always go to this location and it’s usually great, but when I went today this older lady who I think she thought I couldn’t speak Spanish- kept berating the staff in front of me for portion sizes when I requested double toppings. Her entire attitude was super off and she forgot to pack my chips because she was paying attention instead to the employee serving my wife’s bowl and telling her to serve less . It was real weird and kinda rude you think if I’m paying 40 bucks for chipotle I wouldn’t have to deal with all that just cuz I asked for extra pico and sauce.

Service was terrible. I ordered a meal for the family as pick up and the chips were stale, the tomatoes were super salty and they forgot the chocolate milk we ordered for the kids. On top of that, the steak was rubbery. There’s always an issue at this chipotle.
The children's menus do not include any type of sauce or cheese. I asked the manager why? They are for children, I answer that they only include rice, beans and the type of protein you choose!!!!!!

It is very bad that their delivery people leave food lying around in residential areas, anyone can have an accident, like in this case of dropping the food, but not having the decency to pick it up if it is very bad, they left it lying in the middle of the stairs and there it stayed until the neighbors picked it up in the morning, they should have the courtesy that if this happens... Please pick it up.
