Ordered take out via the app, the lid wasn’t secured on my cheese sauce and was everywhere . I went immediately back up to the register to ask for a new queso at the very least and the cashier just gave me attitude . I have a problem and no will power so I will go back, but come on we set the bar so low

It has been the worst experience of my life coming to this place, the service from the boy who treated me was terrible, he treated me with a very bad attitude and if it is going to be like that, it is better to stay at home and not serve the public.

Advise not to order from here. I’ve tried multiple times, and the chips have always been stale and I received about 10-15 chips in my bag, it didn’t fill even half the bag and could see the bottom with how little was given. The bowl I ordered was okay at best, barely any protein. It felt like a scam and won’t be back, this was the last chance. Chipotle has really gone down hill.
