It's like a Subway but with Mex food, you have to say well before entering the selection line, because those who serve you will rush you a lot. You can order: tacos, burrito, bowl or salad, and with different protein options and additions.

Not quite sure what I missed, but the brisket is HOT AS HELL!! Why don't you warn your customers that it's SUPER SPICY? Your servings are super skimpy first off! Your employees don't seem to care about SERVICE and on top I had one bite of the brisket and it took easily 10 minutes for the heat to wear off. I'm at a loss trying to figure out how you've become so successful. A response would be nice.

The food was great. Everyone I interacted with was nice and respectful. I’ve been to over a 100 different Chipotles throughout the states. This location even though it’s inside a mall I would recommend to anyone.
Today I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle in Aventura mall. The portions were noticeably smaller than what I'm used to. I ordered a burrito bowl, and it barely filled half the container. The amount of steak and beans was so skimpy that I wondered if they were running out of food.
What really ruined my visit, though, was the customer service. The employee preparing the bowls and burritos Silvana Ramírez, was incredibly rude. She acted like taking my order was a burden. When I asked for a bit more rice, she sighed heavily and gave me the tiniest scoop, almost as if she was doing me a favor. Her attitude was off-putting and made the whole experience unpleasant for me and the customers behind me as well.
I've been to Chipotle many times and usually enjoy my meals, I’m not one to leave reviews at all but this visit was a major letdown. The combination of small portions and unfriendly service from Silvana has definitely made me rethink coming back. I hope they can address these issues for future customers.
