I had a terrible experience with the assistant manager here. I politely asked to split my order to use a free entrée and free chips, and she immediately gave me attitude, raised her voice, and refused. I never disrespected her, yet she accused me of calling her names and continued being rude for no reason. This isn’t the first time—she clearly doesn’t know how to speak to people and treats customers with zero respect.

I come here all the time because I work in the mall and the serving size is beyond ridiculous. A little rice, less chicken and a ton of lettuce. This is my order every time and every time I get handfuls of lettuce. Do better!

I kindly asked if my burrito could be warmer, the employee said yes and then the manager, with a terrible attitude said that they could not heat my food. I’ve been here a couple of times and this was the first time they would heat my food. Terrible manager, they throw my food to the trash after I said I didn’t wanted it. TERRIBLE MANAGER.
