Came in for a quick bite holiday rush on a Saturday there were two young people upfront working alone that did an incredible job with a smile. Despite the fact that was a long line and they were handling the register and the food alone big shout out to them. I just went to buy two bowls and they didn’t want to sell me a side of guacamole because they said they didn’t have any at that station. I turned to the other station and noticed they did have guacamole. I told the woman that they had guacamole on the other side, and she told me they couldn’t sell it to me because that was exclusively for online orders. Isn’t that the most ridiculous thing? I mean, to buy it I would’ve had to order it online! They couldn’t give it to me right there — the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard…

I was chilling with my friend in the table waiting for the order and they thought we were going to steal something, and they called us “clowns” for waiting for an order and made my friend show the receipt of the order like twice

Not sure if the young woman with the light curly hair in a ponytail and glasses at the register is selectively mute, but not speaking to the customer and letting your coworker do all the talking is not a good look. Loved the service from the older ladies who work there!

This place is absolutely horrible. I ordered my food at 12:10 and received it at 12:46, took so long FOR ONE BOWL. They were so behind and the lady with the glasses and red earrings was so rude. At least 20 people waiting for their order as I write this review. This Chipotle sucks, would recommend to go to another even if the drive takes longer, at least you would have your food on time.

Very kind staff! My favorite location because of this! The oldest woman that always works the assembly line is a sweetheart! We should be more kind i get wanting extra addings but these employees are just doing their job as directed… 10/10 would recommend best chipotle location!

This star rating reflects rude service I received from Rocio. On Wednesday, October 28 at exactly 2:35 PM, the attendant preparing the food was extremely careless, tossing the food and basically throwing it as she served. Her behavior was rude and unacceptable, with no urgency or reason for such treatment. I typically leave positive reviews, and I am rarely bothered by staff, but this incident was out of line. I hope management reviews the footage to witness this behavior and take appropriate action.
Best in the area and superior to the other Chipotles around, consistently tasty, quick and organized. People seem to be well trained. At peak times will get busy and the line seems longer than it takes or the bins might get too full but nothing crazy.

I went when there was a huge line and it was obviously busy today, and the workers locked in and served the food so incredibly fast and with good quality too. Ive never gone through a Chipotle that fast with that long of a line before. I was honnestly very impressed at the service the whole assembly team had.
