Incredibly stingy.

I went to pick up a mobile order and they kept telling me the order wasn't there. After about 5 minutes of back and forth I finally saw my bag and told them that it was mine. They weren't listening to me and were not very helpful. They also mixed up the order and none of the bowls were correct. Maybe if the music weren't so loud they couldn't paid better attention.

Went to pick up an online order but didn’t have the confirmation on me. Cashier worker I’m assuming overwhelmed with the line showed visible frustration and gave off attitude but when I confronted her about this attitude she just kept saying she was far too busy to be waiting on me. She continued her disrespect involving other customers as I was speaking to the manager. Manager was very helpful and sympathetic. Cashier proceeded to continue to berate me as she overheard me explain my situation to someone else, even called me names. Absolutely terrible service and very poor professionalism to do all of this in front of other customers, plenty of witnesses that can corroborate my story as this is not the first time there is an issue with this particular employee

You guys literally force me to not order online, I have to physically show up to get my proper portion of food i don't know who was there prepping orders at 5pm on August 1st, 2025. I'm usually in a rush to work so I use the mobile app to pick up my order but I'm never ordering online again from Chipotle. Y'all need to address this cause I'm not going to spend 17-19 dollars for half a portion when I can just go to pollo tropical.

Horrible experience every time. The food was disgusting this time I ordered through Uber Eats and, as always, they didn’t give me the extra carnitas I paid for. The beans tasted like they were made yesterday, with a very, very, very bad flavor. The rice was terrible and had no salt. The carnitas were half burned and mixed with some other meat that I never even ordered.Whenever I go in person, there’s a Cuban lady who used to be a worker and I think they made her a manager. She never wants to give you the extra portion you pay for. Her attitude is horrible, and she has terrible customer service. Sometimes it’s hard to communicate with her because she doesn’t speak English well which isn’t really a problem, because I always try to understand her but she is so unpleasant that you don’t even want to talk to her.It’s obvious they don’t want to add the extra carnitas because they don’t want to refill the line later. But I’m paying for a service that they need to give me. On top of that, the place is always dirty every time I go. I don’t even like going there anymore because it’s just filthy. I used to only eat at this Chipotle because it was my favorite, but now the employees don’t do their job right, they don’t make the food properly, and the attitude is just terrible especially from that lady.

Went in there today and some lady named “damari” along side an African American woman gave me extremely nasty attitude for no necessary reason. I just asked a question about the order and they got extremely hostile. Not a nice way to treat a regular. Won’t be coming back here.

Nasty Manager , extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager tonight was extremely nasty when I brought to her attention that I was charged extra for an item that I never asked for and instead of apologizing and refunding she started saying that now she was giving me free chicken!? And was making comments like she was so bothered, when I tried asking the girl that serviced us if we at any time asked for extra chicken the manager pushed her and said it doesn’t matter you don’t need to talk to her. The staff is a complete joke.. Talk to your employee for their mistakes instead of taking it out on the customer.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, the employee was rushing me.. so there for she made a mistake on one of the bowls and added the wrong chicken, I let her know right away and she grabbed some with her hand to remove it and slapped on the correct protein. My family and I sat down to eat and before leaving my wife realized that she charged us $5 extra for extra chicken.. ?? So she charged us extra for a mistake she made?

Thinking the situation would be fixed with an easy “sorry about that I’ll just refund you the $5” They started talking amongst themselves and the manager ended up coming to us, only to find out that she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the problem, the manager was equally rude, defensive, and made me feel completely unwelcome. All she had to do was say sorry I will refund you for the mistake. Instead she said I was trying to get free chicken and I was shocked so I asked the employee “At any time did I ask for extra chicken?? She said no and the manager pushed her and said not to speak to us” It’s shocking that a business would allow this kind of behavior from both staff and leadership. This manager should be working in the back cleaning instead of having a leadership position. This job does not suit her at all.

I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy and respect.

You never go wrong with Chipotle. I think it is an easy and safe fix for when you are hungry and in a rush.

However, in this particular occasion I think the food could have been warmer. It was almost at room temp. Other than that, it was tasty as Chipotle always is.

The food there always has a spicy kick to it. Ordered the kids taco meal and my son couldn’t eat it bc steak was so spicy. My chicken and wife’s carnitas had the same issue.
