Unfortunately, this spot didn’t meet expectations, and I’d suggest looking at other places nearby. Cleanliness needs major improvement, tables should be wiped after each guest, and the truck’s surrounding area could be tidied up to feel more welcoming.
The guacamole was disappointing, with overripe avocado that threw off the taste. The asada quesataco wasn’t great either, as the meat had an overpowering fatty flavor. The remaining tacos were okay and filling, but nothing that stood out.

Food is 10/10 only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the asada burrito I got on 2 occasions was 90% beans with I kid you not about a tablespoon of meat. Disappointing that I feel cheated but it is what is. So I guess just stay away from the burritos lol everything else is good. Especially the birria!

Chito’s red tacos is a no frill, authentic Mexican taco spot. The tacos were so freaking good. The meat was tender, well seasoned and the tortillas were perfect. It is hard to find authentic tacos here and I’m so happy this place is around. Will be coming back many many more times.

Great birria whether its the tacos or a burrito or whatever, that is their specialty because I tried the carne asada burrito and the experience was not the same as the birria. The portions are huge and the prices are great! I would go back because the birria is that good. Order ahead and takeout if possible because you will wait a looong time and expect to stand because seating is very limited. Overall a great foodie hole in the wall which is right at home in Lynnwood.

Honestly no food truck is giving these portions at these prices. On top of that it’s deeeeeelicious and super fresh. Staff was nice and order was made very quick.

Was excited to come here. Flies everywhere! Tables are dirty. Their fridge had a used paper plate and a used napkin in it. I’m not sure why, but it’s really unsanitary.
My friend ordered nachos which I also heard him, but the guy insisted my friend ordered tacos. We didn’t want to argue. My other friend asked if he can add steak in his birrea. The guy gave him a major attitude “ steak is steak. Bierra is bierra” if you know how to run a business, that would be an up charge for you. My other friend didn’t order bc the way he spoke to him. They have zero hospitality skills. We won’t be back.

The tacos are delicious, authentic, and divine! There is a good variety on the menu and everything I’ve tried has tasted so good. I’ve been here 4-5 times and I drive 30 min to get there and it’s completely worth it. The owner is also really nice and interacts nicely with most of the customers

Authentic street tacos with incredible flavor and the freshest tortillas outside of your grandma’s kitchen. The tacos are not stingy with the portions and the diversity of the menu leaves nothing to be desired.
Raphael is the Charlie Daniels of the plancha knocking out multiple big orders faster than most fully staffed kitchens. He brings them out with a smile and leaves you to enjoy what is sure to be the best taco experience of your previously miserable life.
The prices are so reasonable it leaves you with some extra scratch to tip so ya do. What’s not to love about a paper plate full of tacos and fresh home made salsas on the table?
~Raw tortilla
Meat tastes like meat mixed with rubber. Perhaps low quality.
recommend add more green/fresh/raw ingredients
(Also jumbo size 🥴)
I’m a private chef and have been in the food industry for over a decade. I’ve traveled to places that are known for their tacos. I’m a taco girl and let me just say this place hits it on the nail. I ordered the Al Pastor tacos and they were by far the best I have ever had. There’s no ambiance, it’s not a place you go if you want the Miami flashy BS, it’s authentic great frkn tacos. I couldn’t recommend this spot more! The owner is also an awesome guy. If you’re debating, stop.
