This place was just for the decor. The service wasn't great. Staff were not attentive, food took a while to come out. The food was sub par the meatpanadas was a very small portion and not very flavorful. I had chicken and waffles, which were really chicken tenders. On a Sunday afternoon for brunch it just wasn't what I expected. The dessert was okay, there is no menu to review, you have to just walk up to the window where they are being displayed. This place is perfect for pictures a quick coffee.

The worse experience I've ever had at a restaurant. My friend and I came to have business brunch and take cute photos. I ordered the chicken and waffles. Raul was our waiter..... 1) the size was smaller than expected. 2) The waffles had a freezer burnt taste and was not freshly made. 3) I found 2 small pieces of hair or dust in the powder they topped the waffle with. 4) The chicken tenders were like kid cuisine nuggets refried. 5) Raul was very passive I ate a few bites didn't like it but tried to just deal with it because I don't like to be "that" customer who is unsatisfied, however, I just couldn't do it and asked the waiter to get me something else in hopes they would take the other meal off the tab.... Raul comes back and says the manager said no because there's 4 pieces of meat and 4 small pieces of waffle and I ate half.... I left 2 1/2 pieces of chicken and 2 1/2 pieces of waffle..... I understand that it's considered "half" but I literally felt like I ate air and wasn't satisfied at all..... I have never been through an experience like this before. I reassured Raul that it's not him it's the manager and the lack of hospitality.... I paid the bill and even tipped still. But Raul would take forever to come back to tend to our table and also didn't give us our receipt we had to ask another waiter ..... As we were about to leave, I asked the other waiter who brought out the receipt for the manager here comes Raul from the abyss saying the manager isn't available he is in the back..... what a beautiful lie.... I feel so bothered, disregarded and I was so willing to buy more food and actually pay higher for the other meal... They lost multiple customers from this experience and I would never recommend this lack of flavor, lack of hospitality, don't care restaurant who has a passive attitude and treat their customers like crap.... Customer retention is so important because word of mouth goes very far. Trust and believe I will tell everyone I know to not eat here! And I'm putting this on yelp

It was super cold and they refused to turn the AC down when I was like 60 outside, and we had a wind blowing directly on the food we made which made it cold faster and it was a party at six and I had to wait after my friends all eight till I got my food cold And the servers were just rubbing their butts all over my shoulder every time they walk by it was a very nice place not that great food is cold service could've done better. We were not the only one complaining that the wind was blowing directly on our food and very fast and they didn't do anything about it till we got the check, then it got warmer . Oh and just for the eggs was 25$!!!!!

The only reason why they get a one star is because of their service staff. we recently stopped there this weekend to order some slices of cake for my birthday. However, we soon realized when we got home and after we had saying happy birthday that the cake was extremely hard and super sweet, there was no exciting flavors to it at all. We ordered the slice of rainbow cake, which, unfortunately just tasted only dulce de Leche and the sponge cake in between was dry, hard and not very tasteful. We also ordered the passionfruit moose only tasted only condensed milk and sugar. There is no acidity to it, which is a big downfall for a passionfruit flavored item. Plus for three slices. They charged us about $50!!! which I think is a ridiculous rip off since we didn't even eat there we only stopped by to pick up a few slices.

Phenomenal service, we had a wonderful time celebrating my sister Bday. Andrea who took care of us was incredible, she made sure we enjoyed our time at the restaurant. The venue was beautiful and the food was delicious. We ordered the meatpanadas for appetizer, and mimosas, the cotton candy love was my favorite as well as the regular mimosa, we also shared a milanesa napolitana with grilled veggies and fries. Every bite was great, delicious dish to share. Parking was easy to find at the mall lot. We will definitely return to try more dishes. Thanks everyone for making the celebration a great one!!

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Miami. PANI is beautifully decorated, in a prime location, and--best of all--delicious. I've been here for 2 birthdays in a row, and for several other outings. Their service is impeccable. I love trying new things every time I go, and every time I am blown away by how yummy everything is! I strongly recommend getting the "empanabritas" as an appetizer. Their tuna tartare and burrata are also great. For entrees, I love getting the chicken parm with mashed potatoes! I can barely finish the whole thing, but it's just as good the next day! My family also loves getting the angus skirt steak, the wagyu burger, and the tuna poke. I have no doubt whatever you order here will be excellent. And of course, you can't talk about PANI without their desserts. All of their options are mouth watering!!

Very pretty place but had the most regular tasting food for the most ridiculous price. Even water was $9. Service was also not great. While the server was nice, given the prices of the food and the ambiance, the server did not go beyond taking our order and giving us the check when we asked for it. I would not recommend unless you're looking for a cute place to take pictures. We ordered the pizza appetizer (small for the price), skirt steak, fettuccine alfredo (both of which were not well cooked), and the mushroom risotto (decent).

5/5 stars! Great service and amazing food. We had the seabass sandwich and truffle burger. We also ordered the salmon and mashed potatoes for our 3 y/o which was a large portion! We ordered the white chocolate Oreo cheese cake and it was delicious. Our servers name was Carlos and he was amazing! I'd definitely come back.
