Not as on the ball as they used to be. Still great service but is anybody checking whats coming out the kitchen? Lobster tails and rib both overcooked but still tasty and satisfying. Creepy paintings. Top notch champagne and baked Alaska service. And yet I will visit again. Like an old lover, you know what you are going to get.

Always great food! From the tuna tartare..to the potato skins…lamb chops..filet..always a winner.. Although in the past some of the servers could have been better…this time Lewis (Louis) our server, was incredible! Cant wait to go back

food, service, atmosphere, well above average. restuarant phone responsiveness, poor. no one answers or returns voicemail messages. ownership needs to address this deficiency.. the in person quality of service should extend to the phone level if they want to bring the quality of service to a higher level with new ownership. thank you.

Booked a table for 19:30 : hostess first claims there is no reservation under my name; then switches to claiming the reservation is for 20:30 and wants me to have “ a few drinks at the bar” in the meantime.
Captain joins in denying I have a 19:30 reservation eventough I had a phone confirmation that morning
I agree to first sit at the bar 😕 bcus there is no alternative
Bar tender can’t make a pizco sour bcus he has no pizco but offers to use mezcal bcus it’s “about the same “ ( it is not : pizco is a distillate from grapes made in pizco, Peru whereas mezcal is a smoked fermented cacti drink from Oaxaca, Mexico )
After half and hour we are finally seated
Waitress refuses to bring two bottles of wine bcus she decides than one is enough eventough is eight of us : when I insist shes does bring two bottles and puts both in front of me as if I am a druken sailor ; for the rest of the evening it’s me pouring wine to all guests bcus waitress feels it’s beneath her to pour wine…
Signature ceasar salad is flat
Steak is ok
This steak house is but a shadow of its former self ( I was a customer since 1993 : not anymore )
Stay away from it if you want to enjoy dinner away from obnoxious staff

Wow- hadn’t been here in a while, didn’t know what I was missing. The food was spectacular, from the signature Cesar salad, filet, scallop potatoes and sautéed mushrooms! The service was impeccable and ambiance classy yet casual. Loved it- will definitely become a regular.
