The place is a bit noisy, some machines don't work so they charge you double. There is no staff available to help you. The bouncer is my baby's favorite place.

Everything was excellent except the service and treatment of the manager, he is a man with poor quality of customer service, I even had to call the police, he told me that I could not enter with my dog, who is a service dog with a car license and with a bib, he said he was I faked the license and then when we arrived the police changed saying that it had to be disability and then in front of my children he treated us badly and ordered us to leave the place. Before you think of coming here just know that if u lose something and you want to see the cameras, YOU CAN NOT if you don’t have the time and the game you lost the item and you have to wait after business hours for them to check the cameras. the customer service is so Bad call the police if you loose your phone and there were people with pockets full of something, and a hoodie full of items. you may know why more than 3 people were asking for their phones. There should be more security there for their for their customers. AND customer service should be BETTER.

He tell me my daughter is to big for the bounce house but let’s yt kids the same height as my child get inside when I go to ask him why is that he says if it was another day she could get in but since it’s a weekends she not which makes no since when they are the same height I will be calling the better business bureau on this company

I don't understand why on a Saturday afternoon/evening, when the place is busiest, they only have two cash registers working out of four. You have to wait in an uncomfortable and time-consuming line to pay, then another line if you want to order food, all with your eyes on the children. It really hurts the experience a lot. Invest money and hire more customer service staff.
