We had a great time at Chuck E. Cheese! Everything was clean, fun, and perfect for kids. My child really enjoyed the games and atmosphere.

I especially want to thank the manager David — he was very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell he really cares about the guests and the experience.

We will definitely come back again!

I’m a frequent customer at Chuck E. Cheese and a Fun Pass member, visiting about 3–4 times a week with my 3-year-old. Unfortunately, I’ve had a very disappointing experience over and over again.

On at least 7–10 occasions, the character (Chuck E.) only comes out for private birthday parties. Every time my child—who is just 3 years old—excitedly goes up to him, we are told by staff that she is not part of the party and she’s not allowed to interact, hug him, or even take a picture.

It’s honestly heartbreaking to watch a young child be turned away like that, especially when she doesn’t understand why. Despite coming here so often, my child still does not have a single picture with Chuck E. because we haven’t hosted a party.

This policy feels very unfair to regular customers and especially to young kids who just want to enjoy the experience. For a place that’s supposed to be about fun and inclusivity for children, this has been extremely disappointing. I hope management reconsiders how they handle character interactions so all kids can feel included.

I recently hosted a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, and we had such a great time! From start to finish, the experience was fun, organized, and stress-free.
The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly so I could actually relax and enjoy the party. The kids absolutely loved the games, rides, and of course seeing Chuck E. Cheese himself. The party area was clean and set up nicely, and the food was fresh and served on time.
What I appreciated most was how easy they made the whole process. Hosting can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they handled the details so we could focus on celebrating.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely host another birthday party there. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and convenient party spot.

On February 13, I attended the VIP Member event at the Chuck E. Cheese on Biscayne Blvd in Aventura with my daughter, who is a Type 1 diabetic. She carries a medical bag containing her life-sustaining insulin and emergency supplies.

At closing, I accidentally left her medical bag on top of the Jurassic Park game. I realized shortly after leaving and immediately called the store around 9:45 PM, provided a full description, and was told nothing had been found. When I returned, I could clearly see the bag still sitting on top of the game in plain view.

I informed employees outside that the bag contained my child’s insulin and that this was a medical emergency. Manager Silvia had just left 10 minutes prior but refused to return because the store was closed. Another manager, Katie, was said to be coming to open the store but never arrived. Calls and texts to manager Paula were ignored. We waited outside for over two hours trying to retrieve life-sustaining medication and ultimately had to contact police.

The next morning, the bag was exactly where I had seen it the night before — untouched. This confirms the facility was not properly checked at closing and raises concerns about cleaning and safety procedures. The General Manager, Carlos, later stated no action would be taken and simply directed me to Guest Relations.

This was not a misplaced teddy bear. This was insulin for a diabetic child. The lack of urgency, accountability, and compassion shown by management at this location is deeply concerning.

No parent should ever be forced to stand outside a locked building begging for access to their child’s life-sustaining medication. Insulin is not optional. The refusal to act was a choice.
