Have a blast Sunday …Love this place!
My kids had a blast
Customer service at this location definitely needs improvement. It’s always a hassle ordering food at the counter or trying to redeem points for toys. The staff often seem distracted—either on their phones or hiding in the kitchen—and I frequently have to hunt someone down just to get assistance.
There should be a system in place, like a bell or motion sensor, to alert employees when a customer is waiting at the counter. Additionally, there’s never anyone stationed at the front door, which makes it easy for people to walk in and do as they please. Then, when leaving, employees ask to see a stamp—yet no one was there to provide one when I entered. It’s frustrating and unprofessional, and it is very concerning, especially since someone recently came out on the news for a shooting inside a Chuck E Cheese. Tighten UP!
American movies give a bad impression of Chuck E cheese due to the jokes but I was pleasantly surprised when I finally went. It was very clean, had alot of fun games for a wide range of ages and the food was good. Weekends are a bit of a zoo in there but overall it's a nice place and I would go back
I came down from Orlando to spend time with my son and his family . This young worker was very rude every time I had to order food and at the end when my granddaughter was choosing prizes. She should not be dealing with the customers if she had name tags I would have called corporate. She was a black girl in her 20's . Will not return to this place anymore. When you are trying to have fun there can't be someone like this.

Very much to the manager, super sweet woman. And to Davyd at the ticket counter, thank you for taking care of our kids and making it an excellent experiential ticket / prize swap.
Lots of birthdays here.
Today my nephew B-day.
Davyd was our host.He was Super cool and friendly guy!
Today we had the best Mouse (David) we’ve ever had in all five years of coming to Chuck E. Cheese! He was fun, friendly, and full of energy — truly made the birthday unforgettable!
The venue is a very nice to experience for kids on school ages. The manager so attentive. In general all go well. Except the man that works at the kitchen. The experience with him the worst of all. No kindness and unprofessional behavior. Really this person needs to learn modals and good manners.
Is the perfect place for kids! Amazing place and service.
