We celebrated my son's birthday, it was by far the best alternative. We had an amazing time

Kid-friendliness: Very suitable for children, they didn't stop playing and taking photos

My child can't stop playing

Attentive and Spanish-speaking staff too

There are options to eat so there is family fun

The machines and prizes are very good.

Everyone happy, ideal place for adults and children

A decent place for your kids to have fun. Will we come back? – Most likely, yes. But not anytime soon. Besides that, the menu is truly awful. If the food were good, maybe there would be more people, but they have a different goal.

For adults, an extra note: You won’t be able to buy more than two glasses of beer per ID.

I was waiting in the line for a half an hour for just to buy some socks while 3 other cashier were talking to each other.
Not good food, dirty and terrible service.

Overall, the kids and parents had a good time. The staff was friendly, and the service was typical of what one would expect. It was suitable for a last-minute quick solution.
Pricing and Packages
Selected the middle package
Cost: Approximately $42 per child
Added one additional cheese pizza
Price does not include tip
Service and Organization Observations
Lack of organization compared to other Chuck E. Cheese locations
No staff at entrance for stamping or checking in/out guests
Staff seemed overworked, bouncing between register and customer service
No option to tip via credit card, potentially impacting staff compensation
Food Quality
Personal pizzas: 10 inches
Serving: 2 slices per child
High sodium and salt content
Not considered a healthy meal option
Overall Assessment
The experience was adequate for a quick children's party, but had several areas for potential improvement in service and food quality.

I went there for a birthday. There are too many birthdays at the same time. Was too crazy. Almost half of the machine was broken. And to staff to fixed
