Food rating, service, & atmosphere was a 0, not even a 1, which is absolutely pitiful.
Went to Church’s last night (6/21) at about 10:00 pm. Purchased 3 identical combos, with a side of mashed potatoes. After eating and making it home, all 3 of my family members contracted food poisoning.
Our stomachs were turning all night & we also vomitted several times as well. It was awful.
We called this morning (6/22) at about 10 AM, asking to speak to the manager regarding the food poisoning incident from last night.
After explaining to her what happened, she AUTOMATICALLY got defensive & denied that any of it was valid. She mentioned “How do you know that it wasn’t something else that made you sick?”
Well obviously Church’s was the only common denominator. We ate the same meal, at the same time, and had the same results. It’s literally not rocket science.
We also asked for a refund of some sort regarding the food poisoning that we had, and she refused.

Went to get a three piece tender and poppers, waited ten minutes in the drive thru just to have to walk inside for a refund as tenders were just being dropped... Every experience here is horrible and the staff members always has an attitude... They are slow and never prepared not to mention overpriced

Customer service is worst than mediocre and I would give 0 stars if I could. Went there on my lunch break and my drive thru cashier was Kyetaronda. I pulled up and told her that I had a 3pc coupon with mash potato and she told me no it’s 2pc, I said mam I have the coupon right here and before letting me finish she said with attitude ‘just come around’. Went to the window and showed her the coupon and she rang up the order and I ordered a small fry as well. I gave her my card and before I could tell her I want my chicken spicy she told me it was already made and spicy would be 30mins wait. This all happened in literally less than 3mins. I asked for a refund because I only like their spicy chicken and the manager came up and told me she was unable to refund all the order to my card, she could only refund the fry and she could only give me cash for the rest and I said ok I’ll take the cash. Before she could refund me one of the employees said spicy is ready (mind u this is less than the time they said) I said ok I’ll take it which I should’ve just took my refund but my break was almost up and I was hungry. Once I got to work and tasted it, the chicken was not spicy. I’ve yet to see my refund on my card but I will b disputing the charge.

I ordered a family 16 peace chicken. I waited for my order in the drive through. Got home to find out they gave old chicken that they reheated up and served me. Thinking they gave me fresh cooked to order chicken but it was old no flavor no juices no tenderness. Just crum up in your mouth when you bite it. These folks got issues. I will not go here no more

The food was hot and good. The only complaint was the small baby wings they serve now. If I would have known they are serving small wings I would have never ordered that. Church's chicken is known for huge wing's with hot peppers.
