Customer service needs improvement, although chicken was hot and fresh it doesn't taste like Churches back in the day. Went through the drive thru, had to wait for my food and they forgot about me. I had to go in, no point in going through the drive thru!

The drive tru cashier is very rude ain't give me all o order and what's on my receipt went back to get an attitude from the male manager had to go inside to find out inside smells stink and how the employees like uncleaned,when I got back in car couldn't eat

I don’t know why they even bother to sell the “ smokehouse chicken,” it’s never ready when you get there. It’s ridiculous, the main task they have is preparing the chicken. I will never understand why this is a problem.
