The lightskin lady with the clear glasses was very rude she didn’t want to give me her name when I asked for it I waited over 45 minutes for my food and she missed up my order and threating to spit in my drink I very hurt and disappointed in the service I will never bring me and my family here again

My online order, placed and paid for in advance, resulted in a 22-minute wait after arriving at the scheduled pickup time. Customers who ordered on-site received their food in minutes. Despite being told my order was delayed for tenders, they were cold when I received them. Staff appeared to be ignoring customers while laughing inside. The designated online pickup door was closed, forcing online customers to wait in the main line. This ruined my lunch, and I will not be a returning customer.
