I'll start by saying that the girl who served me was very kind and helpful at all times, as I had never tried churros from this franchise. I grew up in Spain and was used to the churros and porras there. I'll rate and be honest with my experience.
Pro’s:
The churros were made and served right away. I ordered a Nutella and dulce de leche churroa cup. I must say it was a feast of flavors with the dulce de leche. I loved it, but the Nutella was neither here nor there (ni fu ni fa).
Con’s: I thought the price was super overpriced. I was never offered a 10% discount, but they also didn't remind me of the 20% discount on the mall coupon, which I had. And I could have enjoyed more products at a nice discount.
So, that's why I'm giving it 4 stars!⭐️

Terrible service, total deception, I asked for the option of a glass of stuffed churros of 15 dollars, half with nutella and the other half of condensed milk. They were barely filled, I told the clerk (Alejandra) about it and the answer she gave me was that the filling was at the bottom of the glass, which was not true. In short, terrible and misleading service, despite the fact that when paying previously to see the product I had even left them a tip.

On Valentine's Day, I received ChurroBites Bombons and was delighted with Suraima's service and the delicious churros. I will definitely be back for the churros and the excellent service!
