Churromania Hialeah

I just ordered some stuffed churros through Uber Eats, I even paid for an additional topping and the churros arrived without any filling. I don't know that my order was completely wrong, but rather that I paid for something more expensive than what I received.

I don't recommend coffee. Sorry but the worst I've had in Florida.

I came here at 8:27 and the girl said that it was already closed when the website says that it closed at 9 and we asked her and she said that they close at 8:30 and she leaves at 9 and that should be like that because if it said 9 on the website it is because they are still giving service until 9 I was in my hotel at 8 and I wanted churros so I looked up the hour and it said 9 so I wasted my time coming here super bad service

Terrible. I drove 20 minutes because I was really craving churros. I checked the schedule and it said they closed at 10, however I arrived at 9:30 and the shameless employees without any courtesy see me from head to toe and only tell me “we are already closing” which surprises me because I had just checked in schedule on the internet. I tell her this and she only responds if the schedule is wrong, we leave at 10. Zero empathy, zero understanding, not even an apology out of sympathy; They simply treat you as if it were your fault that they want to leave early with the fryer behind them full of churros that they are going to take home. It is clear that no one supervises these disastrous employees.

I arrived to buy churros at 8:35 and the girl serving told me that they were already closed when they are ready to close at 9 👎

I have to make a big complaint to this place. I arrived today to order a service of 20 churros with Nutella and dulce de leche and I asked the lady if I could leave 3 churros without Nutella and dulce de leche since my 3 year old son doesn't like them and she told me she couldn't because she couldn't stop the order! I didn't ask to separate the order, I only asked that they please not add the dulce de leche. I find it unacceptable that they can't fulfill the customer's orders when I'm paying for my order! It's disrespectful!

The service is horrible. I took my daughter there about a month or so ago, because we were at Walmart shopping. They told us that they were closed but they continued to still take others after me.
Today, I’m at Walmart shopping and my daughter asks for it again. It’s an earlier time do I figured why not. We stood in line for almost 5-6 minutes. Another shopper came and stepped in front of us; they stated that her order was ready ahead of time and she just needed to pay. I told them it doesn’t matter, we were already standing here and they were supposed to take our order before proceeding. They were adamant that I was wrong because the other person just needed to pay for her order. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years and I can tell you, that they’re doing an awful poor job. We ended up leaving because I feel that my money is not good with them.
This is the second time where the staff have basically turned us away. And I will not let it happen again.

I ordered last night, with delivered. It arrived and nothing to do with the photo they advertise. Order the one that is supposed to add dulce de leche. And it would have 10% dulce leche on top, and the moyaria of the churos did not have any dulce leche. I ordered them once again todaydelivered 05/25/23, and worse, A TREMENDOUS GARBAGE!?they didn't have a single drop of dulce leche, dry, I PAID AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME WHAT I ASKED FOR!

Worst. I never shop there again. Tripped twice in a row over the same stone. The fat they use is super old burnt fat. And the extremely bad service is worse than the fat they cook. Lights off and employees in the kitchen all the time as if avoiding work. Get away from there

Super bad service, we arrived to wait in line, they served everyone before us and when we go to order they tell us that they are “closed” 40 minutes before the time they normally close (9pm) and their excuse was that they only close on weekends at 9.. as store owners you should talk about this with your team... either to have better service and to not close the store prematurely and stop making money or to update the hours on Google map!

I am a frequent customer and I have never had problems but today Monday 12/18/23 at 5:45pm a girl with a terrible attitude helped me. I asked for extra dulce de leche and the entire bottom part of my order was dry, I immediately returned to Tell her that I had paid the extra and to please put it on her and she refused, she was very rude, and after insisting so much I told her who should I talk to because I paid something and they weren't giving it to me and I felt scammed, I called to the “manager” on the phone with a terrible attitude, and she made me talk to her on video, she insisted that she had already placed it, and that they were not going to add it to me, in the end she agreed but reluctantly , I even lost the desire to eat the churros, terrible service, last time I shop at this place. Look for people who know how to deal with customers and educate them so that they don't continue losing customers.
