Hello,

Please Get a course or training on customer service 2 out of the 3 ladies working the counter were very nice but the one taking my order just mean mugged me because I asked her to please repeat the question so I decided that my money will be spent elsewhere, it’s not my fault you look like Cantinflas with a wig on, either way I hope you smile and learn to love life, we all have bad and good days.

Service is horrible. How hard is it to give a warm greeting? Or Maybe a smile? Please, thank you. Welcome?? Ridiculous. It’s a real shame because isn’t that bad and the price is fair. All the workers there are grouchy and just not friendly.

If you don’t like your job, get another one. You’re serving the public, it’s not charity or free and this isn’t a prison or place of misery. Sean mas amable con el público. No es tan difícil.

A Nice Guy

Caribbean/South American imitation of mexican food, maybe some tex mex, chicken dry no season, teriyaki like sweet chicken and fajitas, no spicy or real mexican salsa flavors.

The server was despicable and very rude. She didn't take the time to listen to what I really wanted. The tacos that I order were so salty that it was almost unbearable to eat. Avoid this restaurant at all cost. Please.

Terrible service. They place a menu in plain view where it says the type of dishes, such as fajitas, which is what I chose. No. 1 I ordered yellow rice and black beans, they passed the tray to another person from the checkout service without asking what meat I wanted, placing pork on the tray when I wanted it to be chicken. I had no idea that anything else could be added, because they are not prepared to advise the client about the menu. No. 2, the cashier lady, very rude and ill-mannered. I told him I was never asked about the meat or any additions I could make. When paying, I very kindly asked for the receipt and for this reason. The lady answered...we always give the receipt. Don't we keep the forgiveness? What kind of staff do you receive that do not have the conditions to treat customers well?
It is the first time I have come to this place and we deserve respect and advice on their dishes, not what they want to serve.

For 29 dollars my husband ate 3 tacos, very well served, and I had a quesadilla that I even kept, it was very delicious and well served. 10/10

Why would you call the place cilantro, when there's no cilantro??? Tried making a nacho cheese with a couple toppings, no cilantro, no onions, got almost double charged... I understand adding topping cost, but from $6.50 cheese nachos/to almost $12, justifying it's vegetarian bc I picked 3 toppings ???? Nah, no thanx. Meats look good but like most 95% of Dolphin, it's unreasonably overpriced. If ur an employee, just stick with Don Pan or maybe BK if ur trying not to pay as much as u make an hour on just lunch.

Some Brazilians in front of us were struggling to order their meals and the staff was not cooperating. My son asked for a lemonade refill and after they had said it was free when we ordered they ended up charging us a buck

The lady at the cashier gave her the aptitude for asking for a black cutlery for the meat, she said I already gave her one with a bad shape. Ok but it was two meals. If they want to save money, it is not the way, much less if the client is asking for it. The food tasted good.
