I went to see a movie. I leave the cinema and after 10 minutes I realize that I no longer have my airpods. I look at find my iPhone and they appear in the cinema. When I go to the movies and say that I lost my AirPods, all the workers tell me to go to the theater and look for them and some of them help me. We looked and we didn't find them, the manager asked the cleaning people if they found them and they all said no, that they hadn't seen anything. I show the manager that they appeared to be at the movies and after 10 seconds I run out of battery. The manager willingly gets me a charger. When I charge my phone I realize that I can make my AirPods ring and I tell everyone there, I'm not lying. After 2 minutes the headphones were outside the box in different parts of the theater. There I show it to the manager and tell her, look, someone has them. She tells me no, her workers don't steal and they will continue looking for it. He asks me for all the information in case they find him and that's it. Thank goodness a worker tells me that there is an option where it guides you to your devices. He activated the option and he guides me to my three things, the two headphones and my box. I'm not lying when I say that each object was in different movie theaters. When I had only been in one, I clarify that I didn't even go to the bathroom, I had only entered my living room and left the cinema. Everything was strange, no one took responsibility because I didn't want to create a serious situation either. The manager, I don't think I had anything to do with it, and the man who told me about the option should be given a raise.

Horrible customer service!!!!!! We bought tickets on their site to see venom 10/24/24 and we get there and we are told “ sorry there was a mixup” we can give you a refund or give you tickets for tomorrow. We are Having the so you premier tonight and it was a mistake to sell the tickets for 10/24/24. What a joke, for weeks we had those tickets and they couldn’t even send a damn email!!!! Wtf is wrong with this company and who dropped the ball? This is so messed up, brought the wife and my kid and they were so excited to see the movie and we got offered free popcorn as a consolation. How ridiculous! Never coming back

Worst theater ever! Wanted to check it out and can’t say enough how crap it is. Starting with servers trying to keep your cash as tip. And I mean 33$ !! Then, orders are wrong when they come out. Seats when recline make HUGE noises , hot food came out 45 mins after ice cream, list goes on. Recliners don’t even recline like normal. Small movie screen. Nothing special about this place. Crap crap. Crap. Don’t waist your money. Drive 10 mins to miami downtown and you have plenty options.

I went to the movies the other day to purchase popcorn, they need $20 for my card. I guess it was a policy and unfortunately they said my money will return back on my card around midnight and they haven’t. This is what I don’t like. I’m not paying nobody tips. I don’t care about how they feel. I just want my $20 right back soon as possible.

This is my new favorite theater. We had a great experience. Very clean, friendly staff and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this theater for a nice date night.

We’ve come to watch movies here many times, but today we ordered a popcorn and a bottle of water with two cups to share it. The guy never told me the total and just passed my card without showing me the machine. Then, they came back with the popcorn and two cups filled with tap water and we said it was not right. Then it took us 20 minutes to bring the bottle of water and the waiter never came back so he sent another lady who was calling me “mamita” and seemed bothered for us calling and asking prices and the water. They charged me $20 on my card as a “hold” without telling me about it. At the end, we paid $9 for a bottle of water and $11 for popcorn’s. No wondering there were people sneaking water into their clothing when we walked in. Save your money and don’t buy anything here. I hope the manager read this Message and take action on your employee. This is a luxury cinema not a horse racing event.
First and last time we will ever visit! My fiancé ordered the chicken Sandwhich and I ordered the burger. It was dark when they brought so as I took bites into my fiancés sandwich first I didn’t realize what I had eaten, when my bf took a bite he questioned it and but his flashlight on it and saw the the chicken was completely raw. He almost threw up. I was internally panicking because I had taken a bite.
This pretty much ruined our entire experience. We asked the server and he requested to take the plate back, and bring the manager. The manager apologized and refunded our money for the food. Honestly, they should have refunded the entire thing due to us not being able to enjoy and rather ended up concerned and disgusted. I honestly should have followed my instincts and come here at all.
Everyone I know looking for a place to have a nice date night, please go somewhere else t avoid being disappointed or getting food poisoning!
