I am a bit bummed about the level of service tonight. First time that we experienced what we did this evening. Usually everything is amazing but tonight the food took FOREVER to get to us. Very inconsistent. I got my food a good 45 minutes before my husband and we both ordered a pizza… not sure what happened there. We pushed our button for assistance and again that took forever. And it was very hot in the theatre when it’s normally crispy cold. It’s a 9:30pm movie start....
PROS: Nice theater to watch movies and movies only. Good sound quality, huge screen and comfy sofas.
CONS: I do not recommend buying food. It's pricy and doesn't taste good. Another con is cinema crew tend to set the A/C SUPER LOW (what's wrong with you people), so you will be freezing the entire movie unless you wear proper clothes with lot of layers.

The new staff is incredibly and the crispy air is a plus.
Just tried it last weekend and my family love it. The seats are spacious and super clean. Recommendations are try to order before the movie starts.
