First time I'm charged for a cup of water for my wife. I don't think it's the employee's fault, young people do this when the managers are on top of them all day. He had a quick answer so it was probably not the first time.
Now the food at cinabon has gotten incredibly expensive, we thought we might as well buy some together with the water but $8 for a single cinnamon roll is excessive, and I remember for that you would get a box of 9 minis before the pandemic.

They did not honor my free small cold brew for my birthday. They said it was closing and only had hot coffee, however, this location does not close until 9pm and it is only 725pm.

Always been a favorite but hard to come by these days. Hasn’t changed! Hot, mouth watering cinnamon roll for myself and a to~go one for my son. Per usual…didn’t disappoint!

The manager literally after the boy at the cashier accepted the money from me, told him to my face, don't sell him anything because I'm already tired and I'm going home. I told the boy to call the manager and she said I'm the manager and I already said Don't sell him, we're leaving. I told her how you're not going to sell me after you receive the money, and she told me with a face that she's the one in charge, no, well!!! And he told the boy who looked like he was extremely sorry, give him his money and he went inside the kitchen side. How horrible a manager is treating a client like that. It was humiliating.
