CMX Brickell City Centre

Unfortunately, the place felt very old and worn out to me. The furniture appeared heavily used, and the overall condition didn’t create a pleasant impression.

During my visit, I noticed stains on the armchairs and seating, and even the screen seemed stained, which negatively affected my experience.

The bar service was also disappointing in my experience — it felt like guests were often left unattended, whether someone was waiting at the bar or already seated.

Overall, it was a very poor experience for me.

First and last time here. It’s rundown and old. Movie theatres are dying but this one is already dead. No one even checks for tickets so you can probably come in without purchasing one. The screen in auditorium 6 is cracked. The movie started at 1:00pm but there’s a full black screen until 1:00pm, then just ads for CMX; no trailers for other movies.

The seats are ugly, the screen is cracked in two separate parts, the bathrooms are old. Wouldn’t recommend.

For being BRICKELL city centre, you would think they would invest and/or maintain better quality seating. The theatre floor was dirty and although the paint and light fixtures were nice, the seats felt gross.

My favorite movie theater in Miami

Went to this theater for the first time. The concept is great, but the theater is old and worn out. Additionally, the staff are surly and would rather not help the patrons. We had a fellow named Sebastian who was nasty with us even though we were the only ones in the theater. Clearly he did not want to work. A second person who brought us food was also miserable. This is not an inexpensive experience when you couple in food, tickets and parking. I will not come back to this theater.

Always a great experience here. Just the ability to have a full dining experience at the theatre is just awesome to me. Ive been there twice now and will be back.

Super comfy recliners and the waiter service in the theatre is great.

Wow, this place needs a refresh badly. Still charging $20 for an adult ticket, despite peeling chairs, broken fixtures, and malfunctioning air conditioning. Sad to see how this place has been neglected.

A very bad place, the seats are in poor condition and the waiters don't bring you everything you order. It's a terrible place, the bathrooms don't have toilet paper. It's a bad place.

What a shame. CMX Brickell could be soooo much better. But it is SO DIRTY!!!

On the face of it, the potential for a great cinema is all there - facilities are great, plenty of toilets, high spec screens with great sound (some Dolby Atmos!) and food to your seat, and the service at your seat is fantastic. But when were the seats last wiped down? When were the seat tray tables last cleaned?

But please, CMX, close for a week and get this place back to where it should and could be:

-Get the cleaners in.
-Replace the dirty, dirty carpets
-Get maintenance to replace worn seats.
-It’s so dirty it actually smells bad in some areas (such as the carpeted section walking into the screens; I assume for represented spilled drinks and food which was never cleaned up fully).
-Yesterday (22nd December) my shows were strictly sticky form the dirty floors.

I visited once before (November ‘25) and I may be able to attribute a stomach issue to having been to this cinema during the day.

Everything in this place is wrong!! Not worth it anymore. Old chairs, gross disgusting toilets, smells like garbage in all the cinema. Is terrible you cannot enjoy the movie. Better stay home !

This place is not good in my opinion , the seats are very old looking , I had the wagyu burger everything was cooked very hard lol I spent 70 dollars on food and I will be leaving hungry
