This theatre is a joke. I mean they have to be kidding. The prices are insulting. The volume was way too loud for children. When I asked them to turn it down a little they turned it down almost all the way, so I had to go back to the front to finally get someone to actually come in the theatre to get it right. Then I ordered a large popcorn and it was the size of a small at any other theater, it took 15 minutes to get it and we were the only people in the entire theater. I paid $36 dollars for a small popcorn and two small bottles of water. Plus $18 per person tickets (even for the kids). Definitely not recommended.

No service. Can’t order anything after first 10 min. Not even a concession stand to go to. Weird system they got going on.

The good: I enjoyed the food and drinks
The bad: The call buttons didn't work. My partner had to get up in the middle of the movie to receive service. Also, the light on the chair was broken, and it made it very hard to see the menu in the dark.
The review: I would come back. It made an enjoyable dinner and movie experience.

Terrible establishment in all departments. Irritable amount of interactions by the staff throughout the movie. Not worth the “premium” experience and price tag.

UPDATE: It's now open and pretty ok. They used to give you blankets when watching a movie, but they stopped. Food is ok, but very pricey! Decent large TVs/bar in the front for sports if you're fine paying $12 for a Bud Light!

This place has been scheduled to open since May of 2016. There is zero information anywhere on it's status and no employees in the entire complex have been helpful. Get your act together CMX, do you not have a marketing team hired?

been here twice and both times i ordered water and never got it. first time i had to get out of the theater and ask someone for water and they claimed they didn’t know where to get water. today i asked for water and the server said sure, and my friend who was in another row heard him say “psycho”. he walked by many times and never acknowledged me again. bathrooms very dirty. the only nice people were the ones at the front desk. also, food very overpriced and servers don’t let you know that tip is already included, they take your card, give you the machine to put extra tip and then you see that the gratuity is already included after you get the receipt. save your money and go somewhere else.

Seats were great, bulk of restrooms were out of service. My better half enjoyed the chicken wings, my chicken BLT was awful. Thick cuts of chicken, undercooked and inedible.

So so gross. Hair on all the seats, garbage everywhere, sticky floors and both bathrooms are just too disgusting to use. Dirtier than any gas station. How does seeing a movie here for a family of 4 cost $100 just for tickets??? This place is just destroyed and most of the time the staff forget to turn lights off or close theatre doors so you can’t even watch the movie in peace.

How you going to be a sports bar lounge and not being able to televise the football games Thursday nights.. Bartender Emily n Lisette service is excellent I'm happy that you guys got back the Wings but what are wings without football.. How are you the biggest cmx in the nation and lack what needs to be seen for entertainment. You guys used to host all the sporting events basically for every sport and now you've almost completely eliminated all of them.. Stop disappointing the people especially loyal customers and locals..

I give this one star because of the bad attitude the black girl at the register gave to me , I literally went up to her not even said , hi or how can i help you , nothing , when i ask for the tickets she told to pick the ones that I wanted from the screen and while choosing the seats i would press on them and with a bad attitude she said you dont do it I do it, on top of that the tickets she gave us was for the next week , a whole mess because she was in the phone the whole time while working , so when i go back to her she couldn’t even fix it she just told other girl to deal with us , so basically she made the mistake and couldn’t even fix it, thankfully a nice girl with glasses helped me and i got to watch the movie but if you guys go and see this black girl just get ready for a terrible service

The food here is decent, but my main concern is the state of the seating. On my last two visits, the chairs were visibly torn and badly damaged. For a venue promoting itself as a "luxury" experience, I would expect the seating to reflect that standard—not resemble something a restless pet had destroyed after being left home alone for a week.
