Everything here looks old and run-down — the furniture is badly worn, and the place just feels dirty. The armchairs were covered in sauce, the seats were stained, and even the screen had marks on it. The bar service was terrible too; no one seemed to care or pay attention to customers. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience.
CMX Brickell City Center is by far one of my favorite places to watch a movie. The food is good and the seats are comfortable. Sofia and Carlos handled our inquiries for our classroom group kindly and with grace. They also offer parking validation. All around great location. We will always come back here
I normally don’t leave reviews but this company really needs to be put on blast for their business practices because this is not sustainable. 1. Tickets were nicely priced 2. Theatre smelled really musty upon entering, hoping that’s not mold. some seats looked pretty worn but the seats were pretty comfortable and the reclining was a nice touch and love the little light. 3. Service was friendly and courteous but food delivery was slow. They should incorporate some sort of status...
