Five Stars are not enough to rate how wonderful this venue is and how incredible the staff is. My daughter got married a few days ago and everything was absolutely perfect - in large part because of the venue we chose for the reception...The Coco Plum. The venue is historic, making it beautiful and very cozy. We had considered a hotel but when we went to The Coco Plum there was no hotel that could possibly offer the vibe that Coco Plum offers. In addition, the staff is incredible starting with the Senior Event Coordinator, Rosie Hayden. Rosie is loving, understanding, full of great ideas, and most importantly always aims to please the bride. She understood our vision and executed it to perfection. The food was absolutely delicious. The appetizers tasted fresh and just-made and the food arrived at the tables warm. The Chef not only provided a tasty meal but was also extremely nice. As the mother of the bride, I was running around and did not get a chance to try the hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour and when he found out he went and made me some. They were as delicious as the guests had told me. Rosie's assistant, Miguel, is as wonderful as Rosie. The bartenders were efficient and extremely nice. I could go on forever!

We had our wedding at the CocoPlum exactly one month ago today. The venue truly is the most charming place in Coral Gables. From the beautiful full of character ballroom to the most breathtaking courtyard that our guests still talk about till this day. Rosie is the most genuine and helpful person you can ever ask for while planning your wedding. She was there every step of the way answering any questions we would have. The packages they offer are amazing and their team is unbelievable. From food to drinks, everything was top notch. The night went by smoothly and flawless. We couldn't be happier that we had our wedding in such a beautiful place. They exceeded all of our expectations and more.

We had our wedding at the Cocoplum a little under a month ago and we couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. Rosie was extremely attentive to all of our needs, and her and her staff executed all of our personal touches and extra details to perfection. We used only their preffered vendors for flowers, photography, DJ, and lighting, and each of them were exceptionally kind, curteous, and professional. I also cannot understate how absolutely delicious all of the food was, from the hors d'oeuvres to the main course. Best day ever.

Rosie and her team went above and beyond for my now hubby and I. We got married at the Cocoplum on 10/14/2023 and it was everything we could’ve wanted and more. They were super available to us with any questions we had 24/7 and being an out of state couple, this was extremely helpful. Their preferred vendors were amazing and it made the planning process easier since we didn’t have to book with a bunch of different vendors. Everything from decor, to music, to florals was great and the food was delicious! If we had to do it again, we would definitely choose the Cocoplum, no questions asked! None of them really were what we where looking for which was convenience of distance, all inclusive, and pricing. Once I found The CocoPlum through The Knot, it really caught our attention. I would like to start by saying that since the moment we inquired further information about the venue, we got a quick reply for Rosie, the venue manager and coordinator. The booking process was extremely informative and smooth. The venue was all inclusive and it was absolutely stunning once we got the tour. As the months kept going by, the planning start happening and every questioned that we had it was answered right away by Rosie or the staff members.Finally, the big day had come after months of waiting. At first, I was a bit nervous about the way everything was going to come out since I did not hire a wedding planner but I knew that everything was going to come out just perfect as visioned and we knew we were in good hands. As we through, everything came out absolutely perfect. We tried thinking of anything that could had possibly gone wrong and we have zero complains. Rosie and his team went above and beyond to make our special day happen. The food, drinks, and cake were amazing, the DJ and flowers were phenomenal, and the staff in site, day of coordinator staff, and Rosie wen above and beyond to make sure the groom and bride and guest had the best time. If we could do our wedding all over again at this place we would. The only sad part about it is that everything goes by so quickly so enjoy your day as much as you can with your other half and your guest.

Starting from Maritza who attended the coffee station, to Patricia, who catered to all our wishes, and Miguel, who provides great customer service and is always with a smile to answer any question, Martha who creates magnificent floral decor, Fabiano an enthusiastic and talented photographer, and finally Rosie and Fernando, THE BACKBONE OF THIS CLUB.It is my opinion, that is due to their hard work and commitment to this venue, that The Cocoplum's Woman's Club has achieved tremendous recognition and is expanding its growth in the social media. Rosie is the Event Coordinator, and she knows how to meet and exceed the expectations of each customer, and Fernando, who is the Master Chef, not only prepares delicious meals, but he is like an octopus with 8 hands, working and trying to resolve so many things in that one place. It's been a long time since I have experienced the customer service provided, which is rarely found this day. Please note that I did not know of this place, nor did I know these people prior to booking my daughter's wedding, but as the day approached, I realized I had chosen the perfect venue, The Cocoplum Woman's Club. DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! From the minute we walked in the door we just knew this was IT! We saw a few other venues that were nice but surprisingly had a hard time getting return calls! Not the case here. The space is warm and so versatile. The building and grounds are stunning but most of all Rosie and her team are amazing. Every email was answered every text replied to and always with such a positive attitude. The chef is amazing and our guests are still raving about the food. It’s all in the details and Rosie is on top of everything. She was our wedding dream maker and I am sure she must have a magic wand because she gets everything done! The vendors that work with her were excellent. We have nothing but praises and extreme gratitude for the hard work from everyone at Cocoplum. The wedding was pure magic.
