I always ordered from Uber Eats because I love cakes! One day I decided to go with my 11-year-old daughter to shop at the store to see her from Miramar. The mistake we made was going in our pajamas since the treatment was the worst. Also there was no other person shopping and my daughter had loved the place she wanted to sit there but she made us feel like the poor ones. We had to leave and my daughter felt what had happened... I don't do anything bigger with this since I also have a business and it makes me sad, but just because I shop in pajamas doesn't mean that my money is worthless.
They have been my favorite cakes and I am a regular customer, at least 3-4 times a month I come to buy more than 5 cakes, I came from Pembroke, I arrived at 4:50 and they were already closed, they were cleaning and they weren't even able to serve me when I was there It seems like super bad service to me if the schedule says 5pm the doors should be open until that time regardless of whether there is a customer in the store. I hope they take this into account because until the last minute they may have a great sale.
