The place is small, very nice, and has a really pleasant atmosphere. The music is just right — great selection and perfect volume for talking comfortably.

The cakes are delicious. I’ve tried the pistachio, carrot, and pineapple ones, all really good, but our favorite is the zucchini cake with dulce de leche on top, simply amazing.

The staff is very friendly and always welcoming. Definitely a spot worth coming back to for something sweet in a cozy setting.

Worst service I’ve ever received in my life! So disappointed I was going to buy a cake about 10 minutes before closure time and the workers (2 girls and 1 guy) shut the door in my face and completely kept ignoring me. They were hiding and locked the door saying it was closed. They didn’t want to work. Why have people there that don’t want to work. Terrible service. Never going there again. I don’t recommend it.

I’ve been coming here for years because the cakes and products are truly excellent. The place itself is lovely. But sadly, the customer service has always been the same: consistently rude, cold, and unwelcoming.

The two women who work here make the whole experience uncomfortable. Their attitude is so unpleasant that it ruins what should be an enjoyable visit. At this point, I’d rather just order the cake and take it to go than deal with their negative energy.

It’s disappointing that such a great product is paired with such poor service. Respect and kindness should be the minimum standard in any customer-facing role.

As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was excited to try this bakery, especially since they promote themselves as catering to the gluten-free community. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and frustrating.

While they do have a few gluten-free cakes using alternative flours like almond, coconut, and oat (which is great!), the overall offering is extremely limited. Most of their savory pastries — empanadas, quiches, and other baked goods — are made with regular whole-grain flour. That completely defeats the purpose of claiming to be a gluten-free bakery. It’s confusing and misleading.

They also offer gluten-free cinnamon rolls, but only on weekends, and their gluten-free “pan de jamón” is reserved for holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving. So if you’re looking for a reliable daily gluten-free option, you’re out of luck. It really feels like they’re having an identity crisis — not sure if they want to be a gluten-free bakery or just occasionally offer gluten-free items.

To make things worse, the service at the counter is cold and unhelpful. Staff seem uninterested and annoyed when asked basic questions about the products. There’s no signage or clear explanation about what is or isn’t gluten-free, and you’re left guessing what you can eat.

Overall, this place has potential — there’s a clear demand for gluten-free bakeries — but unless they fully commit to their concept and improve their customer experience, I honestly think a new bakery with a clear gluten-free mission could come in and easily do it better.

Used to love this place. I have been their client since she made the cakes at her house. Every month they delete something and the taste has changed. No chocolate syrup the last two times and apparently no more chocolate chips. Not even the chocolate-vanilla cake flavor has enough chocolate. Super expensive for what you are getting. $10 a piece…

If you know me, you know I love eating healthy and prioritizing clean ingredients. I’ve been a fan of their cakes and have been going to Codewise for years! However, I’ve recently started questioning why they don’t share nutritional facts—especially nowadays when even fast food places are more transparent. It makes me wonder just how healthy their products really are.

Today, unfortunately, I had my worst experience there. The staff was unfriendly and distant, which is unusual for a small business. Even as I waited for my order outside, I overheard a couple commenting on how they said goodbye to the staff on their way out and received no acknowledgment.

Just a reminder—your customers are the reason you’re here. Something to think about.

This is the place when you can enjoy guilt-free desserts in a quiet and beautiful place. Add a coffee too.

I can only talk about the desserts. Really good cake flavors. I recommend the carrot and lemon cake. The place is nice and small to grab a coffee with friend.
