Racist!! Terrible experience. We saw reviews about this cafe re their smash burger and decided to stop by since it’s 5 mins from our accommodation. My husband and I had our 18th old baby sleeping in his stroller.

Firstly, there were two staff present, the one who took our order did so with little to no enthusiasm. I informed them that my baby is sleeping and since the space was small we would be utilising the outdoor seating they had, she then beckoned to the other staff to notify her, then turned and ask what’s my name and I would need to come to the counter when the food is ready to pick up. As a result we sat inside waiting. They served everyone by taking their food to their table but for us we needed to come to the counter. My husband collected our burgers and right after this they brought a Caucasian man next to us his food and those customers were wondering why there was an exception for us as they did so with everyone else. Along with the burger we ordered two latte with oat milk and had to wait more than 15mins. When my husband asked her about the latte she apologised and still took another 10mins before preparing them and served other tables.

We didn’t drink them and instead threw them in the garbage! After noticing that aside from serving inside they also served clients outside all of whom were Caucasian.

These two ladies up front very unprofessional,We placed an order had to wait an extra hour just to get our food .they were very rude one even tried to tell me they couldn’t find my order .the manager had to come assist

@coffeezone.brickell, go see the beautiful young ladies at the coffee zone. The food and drinks were delicious, and it was such a vibe. Great customer service. I can't remember the 2 ladies names. They were great! 8/8/25

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. We waited over minutes just to get water, and our food arrived cold. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on my visit, two blonde girls were lazy and very rude.

Love the food and atmosphere! Music ok! Came in to do review! But customer service isnt the best. Came in for dinner at around 6 on Thursday . there was no wait it’s more of a take out type of place but you can also dine in. Girl at front was extremely impatient and rude. Not very helpful with suggestions on menu. Other than that food is good! Nice little hole in the wall spot wish the customer service was better

Loved my experience here the pretty lady with the glasses assisted me in ordering. I showed her a TikTok and she said don't worry I'll make sure it's as seen and so said so done. 10/10 will always come back here when in Miami.

I came here on July 12th , 2025 @ 7pm . The lightskin Waitress in the brown one piece is so damn rude for nothing ! We was nothing but nice to her and she has a bad attitude keep getting smart! I will NEVER return to this place !

Amazing hidden gem absolutely delicious food, tasty juicy so flavorful. The music selection is great and makes the atmosphere so good. Overall an amazing place which I’ll come back to regularly!
