Worst experience ever. The employees and the manager are super rude. I wouldn't recommend going here to anyone. The granite where the blocks are mixed are never cleaned correctly so all the flavors mix and the spoons they use to scoop ice cream don't get rinsed. All the flavors mix and when you tell the employees they give you attitude and don't do anything about it. You should atleast consider hiring people with manners and that atleast speak English. The most terrible cold stone I've been. I've been going here for years but don't plan on ever visiting again. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They don't even deserve one star. I was there Sunday evening with my family. The place overall looked dirty where they prepared the ice cream how are they even open anymore.

It’s very peaceful and the ice cream is top tier! The only thing I would say is that the air has a slight odor that isn’t as welcoming when you step into the store.
