I went on a Saturday night at 9:30pm to purchase a cake .I understand it’s very busy that’s not my issue. The issue was poor communication & lack of customer service instead of telling me something like “I apologize for the wait somebody will be right with you.” The manager decides to tell me “I could wait”Doesn’t look at me in the eyes very poor communication skills just tells me I could wait. I wanted to tell him what he could do.But they were families in the store.

My wife and I walk in yesterday evening and get helped by the guy who clearly doesn’t want to be there. My wife places her order and he starts to prepare everything to make her ice cream. Before he starts or even grabs the ice cream out of the tub my wife apologizes and asks if she can make a substitution in the order. The rude employee responds with (under his breath) “can you make up your mind?” My wife didn’t catch it because he said it cowardly low but I caught it and as he said it he looked up and saw me staring right at him. He stumbled on his next few words and quickly changed his demeanor once he saw I caught him. Being rude to customers for no reason is absolutely un called for.

First I arrived and there was a huge line, I personally only speak Spanish, and no one wanted to serve me in Spanish seeing as there were people there who do speak it, after that I showed a photo of the ice cream I wanted (a photo I took from their page here ) and they didn't know what it was (I didn't understand anything)In short, I do not recommend this place. Terrible customer service

Very disappointed. This guy stopped me at 9:45pm to tell me that I can’t come in because they are under staffed at 9:45pm on a Saturday with 4 employees. I told him to fly a kite ?

Did you know their waffle cones are homemade right in their store? ?I simply love their ice cream, they taste wholesome and fresh by using the finest ingredients, including fresh dairy, fruits, and premium candies and toppings. Are they a little more expensive than other ice cream shops? Yes, but you’re paying for high quality ice cream and their ice cream is delicious!!?Great for a date night, family fun day, or a group of friends! ?

Edgar was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely nice as I was very giddy to get some ice cream because I only enjoy cold stone ice cream! He mentioned the rewards and explained how the points worked, which was extremely helpful. I’m a happy new rewards member. This is definitely the best cold stone in Miami! ❤️
