We order a cake for our kids birthday and were charge. We went to pick it up and was never done. They offered us to take a cake that was already done. But none of them were to our taste. So they offered a refund. We requested a receipt for proof of refund they would not give it to us. They said no receipt available only electronic. We have to wait 4 to 7 days. We ask to record for proof and they said no. Just to trust in their word. We didn't get there word on cake being done how can we trust there word. They said get out or they would call the police on us. WHAT A WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. READ REVIEWS OF THIS LOCATION BEFORE GOING THERE. WE HAVE NOT BEEN THE ONLY CUSTOMER WITH THIS ISSUE. I have been to other Coldstones and they were great. Beware of this location. THEY MIGHT CALL THE POLICE ON YOU. RUDE, THREATENING WITH POLICE, CAUSING EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. Just for customer just asking for a receipt, and no explanation that it would be sent in email since it was order online. This cold stone store is the best, always full of people and the employees very hard worker happy to give the best services with big smiles. the cakes are incredible good. my favorite combo is Dulce de Leche with chocolate shaves and caramel sauce I highly recommend this place. Manager says my mother-in-law got in someone’s face when she is so timid and nice that she can’t even ask a restaurant to correct an order. Look at your own camera footage and post it and timestamp when she got in said teenager’s face.
2 out of 2 times we have been here and it’s been a mess. I hope the kids there find better jobs because the manager/owner does not want to teach them good customer service. 🙏
My daughter and I love ice cream and Saturdays are our ice cream days. Today I decided to take my daughter to her first coldstone experience because I have always loved coldstone and knew she would love to watch her ice cream being made. I always get the founders favorite because I like the chunky pieces of the brownie and the pecans and I ordered the Gotta have it size. When the young lady was finished filling the cup with the creation, she realized that she did not put enough ice cream and then to my surprise she grabs a blob of plain ice cream and plops it on top of the creation and closes the lid. I found this to be sooo lazy and inconsiderate of the quality that is expected by clients like myself who are paying $12 for an icecream and I can confidently say that im sure the owners would agree with me that the quality their employees provide their paying customers should be above this. I asked her if she could please mix the ice cream into the creation. She proceeded to improperly mix the ice cream as the attached picture is the result of that, which by the way does not show the blob of plain ice cream that was still hiding in the middle. I ended up with an icecream with overmixed ingredients, I no longer could see the brownie chunks but rather brownie CRUMBS all over the icecream. My daughter even looked at it and said it looked "feo". I did not enjoy my icecream, I like to enjoy my ice cream with its chunky and distinct pieces. If I wanted a milkshake I would've ordered one. Being tight on money and willing to splurge $12 on my daughter and myself on icecream and receiving such a low quality product and experience from a place that i trusted to deliver, is very disappointing.

Where is the - star feature when you need it. DONT place online orders with them. They sell out and con you into buying the bigger cakes and then don’t cancel the previous order and you get left paying two cakes. “Manager” was a teenager, not a care in the world and no concept of customer service. I get it, no grown up wants to work for cold stone (I hope) but at least higher teenagers that provide good customer service and have some sort of since of urgency.

My favorite flavor from Cold Stone is the cake batter. Super delicious. This establishment is small that has indoor and outdoor seating. The place looks clean with great selection of custom made ice cream. Nice little spot to chill out when you have a sweet tooth.
