I had a very disappointing experience. The manager is never around, which leads to a lot of disorganization and a complete lack of motivation among the employees. You can tell there’s no leadership or support, and it really affects the overall environment of the place. On top of that, the ice cream tasted bad and not worth the high price at all. I definitely wouldn’t come back or recommend this place.

Worst customer service, unprofessional behavior, dirty environment. I ordered online around 7:15, the order was supposed to be ready by 7:33 and once I arrived to the store I took 30 minutes to get my order after being asked 3 times for the name, also the staff was very busy helping out their friends

I love cold stone but the guy working tonight was so bad. I asked for my ice cream in a waffle cone and he put it in a bowl. I corrected him and asked again for a waffle cone but he but it in a waffle bowl. My sister got mint with Oreo mixed in and he didn’t crush up the Oreos or mix them in so they were whole at the bottom of the cone. My friend was there and asked for just a waffle cone with cookie dough and he gave him cake batter. All of the waffle cones didn’t wrap around so there was a complete open line down the whole cone that the ice cream spilled out of.

I’m not sure if the worker was new, but they definitely need to improve. It was crazy to have every single order done incorrectly.

This please is insaneeeeeee. Yes, their customer service is the best I ever had. So welcoming and fast. I visited the location August 3rd 2025 at 5:12 pm. I hope those nice people received a raise because they are doing an amazing job. Thank you for your smiles.

This Cold Stone is a constant disappointment. They don’t seem to care about customers at all. We order online and still have to wait when we get there. When they pack the ice cream, it leaks and spills all over the bag because it’s done so carelessly. They’re often out of flavors, toppings, and waffle bowls. We pay extra for toppings, and they forget to add them almost every time. The staff are young, irresponsible, and full of excuses. On top of that, they’re always understaffed — especially now during summer when it’s busier. You’d expect better from a big brand like Cold Stone. Who is the manager or owner? Someone needs to take accountability and fix this location.

Very bad service, this business has gone downhill. Everytime I come in the girls are wearing AirPods, chewing gum, ignore you, they don’t even greet you. What ever happened to “Hello welcome to Cold Stone” I got there at 9:23pm and wasn’t even helped until 9:31pm I timed it because this isn’t the first time it happens. The owner Rick seriously needs to train the employees better.

I had a great experience at Cold Stone thanks to Gaby! She greeted me immediately and was super friendly the entire time. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does—she made my ice cream perfectly and even gave some great suggestions when I couldn’t decide. Her energy and kindness made my visit way better than expected.

I had such a great experience at the ice cream shop thanks to Gabriella! She was incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. Gabriella greeted me with a smile and patiently answered my questions about the different flavors and options. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and even offered great suggestions. Her friendly attitude and professionalism really stood out and made my visit extra enjoyable. Gabriella is a fantastic employee, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The ice cream was good but beware of being overcharged! And when I brought it to her attention, she shrugged and walked away. Your sign clearly states the first mix in is free! I got 2 and you charged me for 2. Smh

First off I want to AGREE with the other Negative reviews about Rick. Received a phone call from Rick supposedly states that he is the owner of the facility and he was very disrespectful. Did not allow me to express myself on a recorded line as he agreed and was very dismissive, judgmental and sarcastic. Do not recommend this establishment. They charge you for items that they don’t do not provide and when you bring it up to the attention of the management team, they say that Rick is not available or here, no matter how many times you call to address the issue. He doesn’t care about customer service at ALL!

He likes to talk down to customers as you can read on other Replies from him on other negative reviews. He thinks that it’s not his fault for hiring the incorrect kids/teenagers as he likes to referred to them. He probably doesn’t pay them good enough, which is why they don’t care about the service the staff provides.

As soon as you call corporate and follow a complaint, Rick is very quick to jump the gun and disrespect customers on the phones call even though you informed him the call was being recorded in the beginning of the conversation. He hung up the phone on me. Furthermore, now I understand why and how his employees get the attitude and hanging up on customers on a regular basis. Corporate needs to get involved ASAP because this Rick is a poor representation of what Cold Stone brand stands for.

THEY CANCELED MY BIRTHDAY CAKE ORDER LITERALLY AT 12AM THE DAY OF THE BIRTHDAY!!!! IF THEY COULDN’T MAKE IT THEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCEL WAY BEFORE OR AT LEAST CALL ME TO SEE IF WE CAN WORK A DIFFERENT SUBSTITUTION!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!!!
