I had this place at 5 stars but recently it’s gone completely downhill. The workers now are some Venezuelans who have taken over and have made the place so bad. They serve you small portions skimping out on the toppings like they are about to run out. The ice cream also is super runny not cold at all which is probably due to their hot interior. They also have no idea what their own menu is! You ask them for the creations and they look at you like you’re an alien. And to top it off they take a century to help you. They prefer to do anything else but scoop your ice cream. Go to another location save yourself the headache!

They have a terrible service. We were only 2 people we waited more than 20 minutes and the two guys talking about topics that are not of interest to the customer. The language they use is inappropriate and not very formal. I'm not going to this store again.
Visit the one on 8th to improve in service and attention, the really care about the customer

Worst Cold Stone. Every time I order from them via uber eats they’ll package the ice cream in the waffle bowl instead of separately. Ice cream arrives melted and waffle bowl is soggy which I know have to throw away. Will only order from the one on Kendall Drive since they know how to properly package their ice cream for delivery.

This location has zero hospitality. Employees ignored me after I made a statement I was ready to order and get back to me after they finished talking to each other. Cherry on top or strawberry in my case, is all of them looked either disgust or with angry emotion on their faces.

Inconsistent and rude staff. I went to have ice cream with a friend of mine, who is a veteran, she normally is given “veteran’s discount”, but last night the manager said they don’t offer that, she had given, more than once, the discount in the past. The owner should train their personnel properly and have consistency in what they offer.The manager was rude and upon asking for a change of a $20 bill, they told us that, if we were not clients, would not do it… we had to prove we had just bought ice cream to have our bill changed. Being courteous and kind is something they lack in this store… at least they are consistent about that.

The quality of ice cream decrease .Any ice cream in the market is too much better than cold stone ice cream .little portions and super high price .This is my last order in cold stone.

I ordered 3 ice cream cups to pick up but unfortunately went to this store which is the wrong store. The employee said they couldn't refund my money and called the "owner" but he refused to issue a refund or cancel the order.I called the store 30 seconds after I saw the address was incorrect and the employee said the owner mentioned after 3 to 5 mins they cannot cancel. I have the proof of the order submission time and immediately when I called so the owner could have canceled the order but choose profit $22 for free.Not a good business man and from what that tells me not a good person.

The’ e sent me an order unrelated to what I ordered for the third time. I ordered three of the same, to create my own ice cream. It was chocolate ice cream with almond milk, with added coconut, and served in a chocolate waffle, as you can see on the receipt. I received three, one of them a different size, without waffles, as you can see in the photo. I called Cold Stone and explained to the girl who answered what happened, but she denied it. I asked to speak to the manager, to whom I gave the same explanation, while in the background, you could hear the girl who prepared the order saying that she had done it perfectly. Incredibly, the suggested solution was either to call the app for a refund or go to the place personally, bring what I received, and have them make the order as it should be. I sent my husband, who hoped they would make the order correctly this time, but it was missing the coconut. Incredibly, there was no refund for the fee I lost by using DoorDash. I feel so frustrated. Such a lack of education, respect, and professionalism towards customers. It's a shame that having incompetent people at ColdStone prevents me from having their ice cream again. Please thoroughly check your staff before hiring them. I won't repeat this, as the price is almost a luxury, and the mistreatment is unacceptable to me.

Ivana is the best one there serving your ice cream!!! Really passionate about her craft, my ice cream that I always order the exact same one(for years) tasted extremely tasty after Ivana made it.

The service is horrible. They don’t care if you wait 15 minutes or more in line. I was the only person in line and the employee was filling the refrigerator with water bottles instead of taking care of the customer first. No one seemed to even help out. I had to tell the manager to tell the other employee to come help. EVERYTIME I come here there is terrible service . They are like slow turtles.
