I had the BEST experience at Cold Stone thanks to Alex and Gabi! I came in with some strong pregnancy cravings for a hot fudge sundae, which wasn’t even on the menu, but they went above and beyond to make it happen. They listened carefully, were so kind and attentive, and put everything together perfectly with such a big smile the whole time. It honestly made my day! The sundae was exactly what I was craving, and their amazing customer service made it even sweeter. Alex and Gabi truly turned a simple ice cream stop into a wonderful experience—I can’t thank them enough!
Worst customer service ever! They mess up the orders and don’t offer a rational response instead the customer needs to acommodate their store schedules…ridiculous!
This location used to be great but lately the kids being hired have no customer business etiquette and can’t even prepare a simple ice cream…so sad
Hi Im here picking up an order, but the lady at the counter was saying to me not in a good manner that I need to complete the order taking out of my hands the order by force, that’s was very disrespectful and rude, so I left the order in her hands and I left the restaurant cause Im not going to support any treatment like this, Im a human person, not any kind of rock that you can kick any time. Thats was very disrespectful and every costumer by my side was seeing this. I don’t understand what its happening in this store, maybe they need to complete a human resource training and start in on the manager who was watching everything and never did something… Btw: Im an uber driver person and I think that Im a same person and human like you or anyone at the store. The owner should feel disappointed for this and do something to make a good training for their employees… I did made the report on uber as well…
Terribleeeeeee customer service!!! Escalating today’s experience to corporate and upper management. Avoid by all means. Carvel in lakes of meadow is by far the best experience and customer service you will ever experience in this area.
Please note: if I can give NEGATIVE stars I would but in order to leave a review, I had to give minimum of 1 star. The owner of this franchise needs to review their staff compared to other locations. Notice how this location in particular is going lower and lower in reviews compared to other locations. The management/ owner needs to train their staff in basic common customer service. The way customers are treated speaks volumes especially when there’s others in line seeing and being treated the same. LAST TIME we visit this location.

I had this place at 5 stars but recently it’s gone completely downhill. The workers now are some Venezuelans who have taken over and have made the place so bad. They serve you small portions skimping out on the toppings like they are about to run out. The ice cream also is super runny not cold at all which is probably due to their hot interior. They also have no idea what their own menu is! You ask them for the creations and they look at you like you’re an alien. And to top it off they take a century to help you. They prefer to do anything else but scoop your ice cream. Go to another location save yourself the headache!

They have a terrible service. We were only 2 people we waited more than 20 minutes and the two guys talking about topics that are not of interest to the customer. The language they use is inappropriate and not very formal. I'm not going to this store again.
Visit the one on 8th to improve in service and attention, the really care about the customer

Worst Cold Stone. Every time I order from them via uber eats they’ll package the ice cream in the waffle bowl instead of separately. Ice cream arrives melted and waffle bowl is soggy which I know have to throw away. Will only order from the one on Kendall Drive since they know how to properly package their ice cream for delivery.

This location has zero hospitality. Employees ignored me after I made a statement I was ready to order and get back to me after they finished talking to each other. Cherry on top or strawberry in my case, is all of them looked either disgust or with angry emotion on their faces.

Inconsistent and rude staff. I went to have ice cream with a friend of mine, who is a veteran, she normally is given “veteran’s discount”, but last night the manager said they don’t offer that, she had given, more than once, the discount in the past. The owner should train their personnel properly and have consistency in what they offer.The manager was rude and upon asking for a change of a $20 bill, they told us that, if we were not clients, would not do it… we had to prove we had just bought ice cream to have our bill changed. Being courteous and kind is something they lack in this store… at least they are consistent about that.
