I ordered a conch salad and stepped away for a few minutes. Normally it takes a while because they make it fresh. This time the rude attendant gave me an order from the refrigerator. When I got home to enjoy it i opened the top, the salad had a foul Odor, it was spoiled. I immediately called the restaurant and explained that I was on my way to return the conch salad. When I arrived she locked the door. I managed to speak to the manager on site and he told me that he couldn’t give me a refund or replace with a fresh salad, I showed him my receipt and he told me to come back in the morning to speak to the owner. Fortunately I knew someone that called the owner on the phone explain the situation. The cook came out from the back smelled the rotten salad, and immediately made a fresh salad. The server at the desk never came out to apologize and the site manager was clueless on making a decision. Customer service and training is needed. It’s the principle for me! When you know you’re Wrong make it right.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I had a very disappointing experience on 11/14/25. The lady working at the register was extremely unprofessional, and the way she spoke to us was unacceptable. As Bahamians, great customer service is something we’re known for, and this was the complete opposite.
My mother and I drove hours to enjoy some Bahamian food, but the service we received turned us off so much that we ended up canceling our order and leaving. It’s unfortunate, because this kind of behavior can really hurt your business. I hope management addresses this situation so future customers don’t have the same experience.

This just my opinion! The foods is too expensive for poor quality.. the shrimps was not breaded enough and some of my fries didn’t taste good also the lemon cake was not fresh for you guys to be charging extra money for card use…. My first and last time… please put a sign up that says come in the back to the second door for new customers ‼️

Recieved food rice was cold. I would have done better going to burger king. Paid with a gift card and the remainder cash. Took them 20 min told me my gift card didn't work but they cashed out the money. Gift card was good. Obviously they didn't know how to cash it in. Another 10 mins they came back and said they don't take gift cards. And requested me to give them another form of payment. Conch Heaven poor service. Will not refer anyone to this establishment.
