Recieved food rice was cold. I would have done better going to burger king. Paid with a gift card and the remainder cash. Took them 20 min told me my gift card didn't work but they cashed out the money. Gift card was good. Obviously they didn't know how to cash it in. Another 10 mins they came back and said they don't take gift cards. And requested me to give them another form of payment. Conch Heaven poor service. Will not refer anyone to this establishment.

So happy to find Bahamian made conch salad without tomato juice. It was really good. The Mac & cheese, peas n rice and cabbage were good also. Definitely worth the stop by.

My daughter and I came here on June 15, 2025, around 2pm. We’ve been here before. However, this was our first time back since they were shut down by the board of health on April 18, 2019. I figured by now things would be better. I was so wrong. As soon as we walked in, I entered the restroom and it was DISGUSTING. Once we got to our table, I looked around and there was trash on the floor, tables next to us and behind us needed the dishes removed. Clearly, they had been sitting there forever. There were two waitresses working and a pre-teen child wiping tables. The waitress told us as soon as finished the transaction at the register, she would be with us.We said okay and waited at our table. We watched her finish and move on, checking on her tables that had their food. It was now 2:30pm and we still haven’t been seen or at least given a menu to look at. The amount of flies had now almost tripled at the tables next to us and behind us because no one had removed the dishes and leftover food. At that point, my daughter and I got up to leave. The service was horrible and by the looks of the amount of food that was left in the dishes, the food wasn’t much better. Very disappointing from a spot I used to frequent. I wish I would’ve taken pictures to post on here but I was in awe trying to get out of there. Thankfully, Lorna’s Caribbean Grille is down the street!
I really enjoy the Conch balls here. The conch balls have a great flavor. However, I visited this establishment on Saturday, November 16, 2024, I paid via cashapp card for my purchase of $16. I signed my receipt but I did not add a tip to the amount. Needless to say the waitress (server) behind the counter decided to fill in for a $5 tip without proper authorization once I departed the restaurant. Sunday morning I received an updated amount from $16 to $21. Be careful using your credit when visiting this business. A little over a year ago this exact situation happened to my cousin. My cousin made a $20 purchase and a $20 tip was added on her purchase with her debit card. Conch Heaven needs to hire people with integrity.

The food at Conch Heaven is okay, but the service is far pass poor. Lacks professionalism and extremely BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! When my husband, mother-in-law and I arrived, the waitress was beginning to bring out food. After about 5 minutes or so we stopped her and asked for a menu. She threw her hands in the air, with her back to us, and said, "there is only 1 server." I understood her frustration, but not her rudness. We waited another 15-20 minutes and she never acknowledged us. She passed by us about 5-8 times and never said a word or offered us a menu. Her body language said loudly, LEAVE! And that is what we did.
Management should invest in trained personnel! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
