I really enjoy the Conch balls here. The conch balls have a great flavor. However, I visited this establishment on Saturday, November 16, 2024, I paid via cashapp card for my purchase of $16. I signed my receipt but I did not add a tip to the amount. Needless to say the waitress (server) behind the counter decided to fill in for a $5 tip without proper authorization once I departed the restaurant. I purchased the conch salad. It was prepared the exact way that the Bahamian and Bahamasa prepared theirs, fresh and citrusy. The only thing that would have top it off was if it was cold. I am not a fan of warm conch salad. But when I got it back to the house and added my razzle dazzle to it and wah-la. 10 out of 10! This has always been my preferred place to purchase my conch salad and will continue to be.
