Conch It Up Soul Food Restaurant

My 1st time today, and the lovely lady served me the lunch special with fried conch, shrimp, fish, fries, and a soda can; all for $10. The shrimp was phenomenal. God bless!

The conch salad, fried conch/shrimp plate, and conch fritters we got was very good. The fried food is made fresh but the wait wasn’t long at all. The sides were great portions and everything was delicious.

Ordered from conch it up from grub hub, I showed up at the expected pick up time and they hadn't even started making it. I end up waiting 25 minutes in their sad excuse for a waiting area to then be told that the large conch salad I'm getting was a price error so they'd be giving me a small. I was given my food with no apology or anything, definitely won't be coming back.

First of all great customer service, their conch is very flavorful and needs no sauce in my opinion (their sweet n sour is good tho). The Mac and cheese was delicious and so was the rice. Also I highly recommend the shrimp and crab salad it’s amazing.

The food was OK. I ordered Fried Snapper Rice & Peas Mac n cheese & collard greens. Nothing had flavor pretty bland wasn’t worth the money at all collard greens was SUPER disappointing. Mac n cheese taste like it was made a couple days in a advance I wanna say I caught them on a bad day but definitely will not return

The food was amazing but not a proper establishment for guests who want to dine in. The chef of the establishment is not customer friendly, she did not help me get through the door knowing I was struggling to get out of the building with my bike.

The Restaurant quality was wayyy better than the NOMI festival. Portion size was small, fries uncooked, a few ppl I knew felt sick the next day, Sanitary was a non factor, 2 fryers for such a large crowd, every thing cooked in the same oil. I was not pleased.

I've been wanting to try conch salad for a couple of years. We had a layover and decided to try conch it up. We were not disappointed! The conch salad was so fresh and flavorful. I also enjoyed the shrimp and crab salad. We had fried conch and shrimp and fish. The conch sauce is delicious but similar to hot sauce so use with caution.

Omg...I was so excited to find a place that sold conch. Food is good sometimes....1st 2 times it was good, the last time not so good...I won't be returning. The food is precooked off location and brought to the restaurant and heated in a microwave when time to serve...fried food is made to order by the last time it wasn't fresh...old grease and old used flour. Shrimp and conch was cooked frozen...flour did not stick to fried foods and was mushy and soft.
