I came to make a big order for the office, im Working at the hospitality business I came to the window and the ladie being rude and say ( you don't see the cone, we don't take order on the window just inside ) I don't see that because the water took the cone down. I tell Her I can go inside but don't be that rude; “no is what you say is the way how you say it” she say she is the manager and I'm not that special And close the window ! I just want let you know becauae is sad how a employe can make a bAd experience dinner

Food was not good and the parking lot was very nasty and horrible. The male cashier was very nice and pleasant but the atmosphere itself is not advertising.

Don't usually eat at fast food restaurants but we ordered the chicken sandwich and it was ok. The restaurant at the hotel was not open and this was very close

This place out of all the BK’s I have been to is by far the worst . The fact that I have been there a handful of times because it’s convenient to work is crazy and my fault .but I won’t make that mistake again funny thing the staff their clearly don’t give a crap about service or quality of food . I call just to say something and they laugh and don’t answer the call just pick it up and laugh . Obviously their is no leadership at this store . I understand people can be a pain I really am easy going but to be treated with such disrespectful and disregard it’s no wonder the place is always empty I feel bad for whoever is paying this group of employees. The place should be a goldmine. I hope this review saves somebody from dealing with these people. I’ll just drive to another . Avoid this place

We got take out here once when staying at a nearby hotel. Service was fine, the food but it likely has issues with homeless people frequenting as there were signs that you are not allowed to stay more than 30 minutes when eating in.

This is the most useless location with the absolute worst staff. For some reason they refuse to utilize the drive-thru, every time I go by they ask me to come in. What is the point of a drive-thru if people are asked to come in because the employees are to incompetent to attend to the inside and the window? One girl, very young with braces, dropped my drink while giving it to me and did not want to refill it, gave me attitude when I asked her to. Another guy yelled at me that they are under staffed and he couldn’t serve me through the window because basically he couldn’t handle it. How is it my problem that the place is under staffed? Once in awhile I understand that the drive-thru may not work but almost every time I go- is outrageous. New management is needed or the place should close down if it can’t function properly.
