Our daughter's wedding was the last week of January at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in Miami and we were introduced to Constellation Catering through a dear friend. Growing up with my mom as a Dietician, I would say that our high expectations were thoroughly met by Tatiana, Adelee, and her entire team. Guest were raving not only about the food, but also the presentation. From food selections, to the tastings, to the superb service and attention to detail...Constellation hit every mark.
Vizcaya is a dream venue, but I believe a caterer's nightmare venue as everything needs to be brought on site...but the entire evening was flawless and well orchestrated.
Kudos to Tatiana, who appeared to read our minds and was always front and center to provide superb service. We joke that we would love to have the wedding again and come back to enjoy it all as a guest! Great job and a very talented catering team!

We just keep hearing accolades from our guests about how we raised the bar on partying in Miami but we could not have done that without your expertise. Everyone was so impressed by your team, the quality of the food, the beautiful presentation and the level of service. And a small detail, but one that should be acknowledged because it truly impressed so many of our guests, that with each hors d’oeuvre that was passed that had a toothpick or spoon, a server followed immediately behind to relieve the guest of that awkward search of where to put the serving piece. Subtle but one of the many little things that added up to make the night so special and totally top notch. Dessert on the casino mound was also so beautifully executed it added another bit of magic to an already amazing evening!
