Although I've been visiting this restaurant for years and never expected exceptional Italian cuisine, I certainly did not expect such a disappointing experience. The burrata was mediocre, the carpaccio was just passable, and despite paying over $100 for it because of the truffle, the truffle had absolutely no flavor. The octopus was terrible...rubbery, boiled, and not grilled at all. The pasta was overcooked and nowhere near al dente. Overall, you end up paying an unreasonable amount purely for the location, not for the quality of the food.

I've been to Contessa a few times. The atmosphere is nice, and the service is attentive. The prices are slightly higher than other restaurants of the same standard. What really surprised me was that I felt the portion sizes had gotten much smaller. There were six of us. We ordered three starters and six individual main courses. I left feeling hungry. The flavor was very good, though. Great wine list, but with extremely high prices. Very few bottles under 90 USD.

We went here for lunch and were pleasantly surprised at this upscale Italian restaurant. The service was amazing. Our server Alex Morel gave us perfect recommendations for what to order and we loved the individualized attention. We had the Burrata & Beef Carpaccio for an app and then shared the Chicken Limon and Potatoes for our main course. Alex brought out the balsamic and olive oil for our burrata and carpaccio with the recommendation to eat it all together. Whew what a flavor combo! Then the nice lightness of the lemon chicken paired so well with the crispy fried potatoes. Delicious food, excellent service & elegant atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Over priced and underwhelming. That pretty much sums this place up. It's also very noisy. The screaming kids didn't help either. One and done. I spent $500.00 on a party of four. They add 20% gratutiy automatically and then suggest you leave more. I've had better pasta dishes at Maggiano's. :-(

The experience was terrible! and they made us feel very uncomfortable! I was there with my family celebrating my birthday on Monday, August 25 between 5 PM and 6 PM. First they made a way for our food for a half an hour. The food was salty. & The drink a margarita that was salty Employees had no hospitality were inconsiderate, unprofessional, and disrespectful. And very, rude specially one employee was a servant and she had the nerve to approach our table after we paid over $200 on the bill she came up to us to say we don’t except change. the girl with no front tooth in her mouth! hopefully this information will go to the manager or the general manager or the owner. I will never come there again. You guys just lost a customer.🤨👎
