If you are staying at the Hilton Airport Blue Lagoon Hotel, you are trapped into eating at one of two restaurants located within the hotel. It is too far to walk or Uber to a better restaurant. You will pay for that convenience. The food is overpriced for what you get. We had Mini Cuban Sliders and the Onion Tower. Every piece of this dinner was constructed of processed foods that come already prepared. Any teenager could fry onion rings, douse them with sauce, take ham and turkey sandwich meat and construct a slider like these. We paid $10 each fir the sliders, $8 for the onion rings, $17 for a martini sized margarita, $12 for a Cuban Mule, and the 18% gratuity was automatically added. They don't want you to use cash. They want you to use your charge card. The waiter was on point. The atmosphere is kid friendly, yet cozy enough to be romantic. Very clean restaurant.

Food is just bad and very overpriced, everything feels industrial and not fresh go for Uber Eats.

Ate here whilst staying at the hotel. Food very overpriced but I was too tired to look elsewhere after more than 10 hours travelling. Only ordered a BLT but it was dry and the bacon over crispy.

The prices were ridiculous, it's bordering on price gouging.

28 dollars per person for a couple at breakfast and you end up paying 70 dollars because on top of that they charge you gratuities and they only bring you water and coffee to the table, not even the cappuccino was included, too much for a bad regular breakfast.

We arrived to the hotel later in the evening and were starving. The waitress was just what we needed to kick start our vacation off. She was upbeat, professional and very efficient! We had the same service the following morning at breakfast! Two GREAT ladies!!! The food was absolutely impeccable! A lot of times, people do not want to give hotel restaurants a try BUT I urge you to do so at the Coral Cafe!!!
Chicken plate didn't have much flavor, chicken was a bit dry. The skin had all the flavor but the meat itself didn't. The tostones needed some sazon or garlic salt, all you tasted from the tostones was plantain and grease. Too expensive for the food to be this bland
This restaurant has made some repairs and improvements. I had J*** wings, coral salad with Churasco steak. The food was excellent. The staff was very professional. Excellente!
Grabbed espresso, nice place to grab a quick coffee.
