I think they were not ready for how many people were there. Service was slow and confusing. Food was ok a bit expensive for what it was. I had their burger and fries and a beer. They do have a full bar.
Parking: The street parking is not lit very well. Also the hotel that the restaurant is in is located near a bunch of warehouses.

One of the servers was very rude kicking me and the kids out the restaurant instead of saying in a good way she came and offered sandwiches and rolled her eyes when I said my kid’s dont eat sandwiches and telling my kids ok good night you can leave

Terrible service. They don't bring you food on time. They forget what you asked for. It took us 1:30 hrs and the food did not arrive. We had to remind the waitress about the food and they hadn't made the food.

The hotel was modern with contemporary designs all over the hotel. Yet it was very comfortable. The bed and the pillows were the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel in a long time. There was a partial hardwood floor with an exercise ball and other equipment in the room. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower. It wasn't the worst or the best. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel with affordable prices. I would definitely return and tell others.

Clean rooms and hotel grounds. Friendly staff. I was even allowed to check in early for which I’m grateful. Hotel is super close to the airport. My only complaint is the unreliability of hotel shuttle. Waited for an hour for airport pickup, called front desk 3 times and confirmed I was in the correct area for pickup. Ended up taking an Uber.

The charge for early check in is ridiculous. Carnival Cruise comes in early which was explained after the reservation was made. The Customer Service representative never mentioned at early check in charge.

We needed a hotel with day rates. They were able to accommodate. The hotel was clean with friendly staff. I had a concern with my room and Chris quickly rectified it. They also provided me with dinner menus ?.

Kayla the bartender and niuris her server are great, amazing ladies. They helped me and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had a beer and enjoyed the scenery. Niuris recommended all of the food items to me, and Kayla made me an exceptional drink. I am definitely coming back here again. What a wonderful stay. Jesus Vega

Basically clean & comfortable room except no microwave.Breakfast expensive, but waitresses were nice.Wanted bedding changed but no clean pillow cases.Sudden fire drill & had to leave room.Front desk agent. rude/absent.
The staff is fantastic. Honest, friendly, and bent over backwards for their guests. The hotel was spotless. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be staying there again in the near future.

Clean Environment Needs Complimentary Breakfast Needs Complimentary Coffee Thats how you keep up with your hotel by cleaning the guest’s room every day or when they request. A lot of hotels have stopped that since Cove it but the ”EVEN” is on point.

I stayed at this hotel a few times and always came back because of the location and ambiance. Some of the staff are helpful but others not so much. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH this property, as I caught one of their maintenance guys in my room when I did not make any calls for maintenance. I later discovered that my money was missing from the safe they provided, and after reporting it no one from the management team made an effort to reach me expeditiously. Although they know for certain he had no reason to be in my room and it would seem as though they are aware that this is a pattern, because two of there employees would have suggested that similar incidents have been happening. To date no one has reached out to me with any positive information as to what is going on or how I'll be compensated for my loss. AGAIN I SAY BE CAREFUL

I ate here yesterday with my family and really enjoyed it! All of our meals tasted great. Our server Kayla was fantastic as well. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and was really kind. She even mixed together some honey mustard for my dad since they were out. Overall this was one of the best hotel restaurants I’ve eaten at, I definitely recommend it!
