They do not accept VIP VISA passes. They lie. They say that the system does not work for them, but it is a lie.

I had the chicken burger here, the grilled chicken wasn’t warm at all and a bit tough. Fries were very skinny but not bad. No one greeted me or even offered me water until I asked if they received my order, after 20 minutes of sitting there. The place wasn’t even busy, not worth $25 at all

After waiting in line at the counter the cashier Disappeared… a little while later another person came out and asked if i was ordering for here or to go when i said for here he told me to go sit somewhere and Nobody came over. So i went back to the counter and ordered my food and sat down with it only kicked out for not ordering from the waitress who never came to take my order. Food wasn’t that great but its better than on the plane.

This was the worst service I've ever experienced. You actually feel a bit scared to ask anything.

When the bartender (Shalam) ignores you for 15 minutes until you ask for a drink, then says you have to use the QR code. We left because of this douchebag, plenty of other better bars with nice humans.

The food is pretty good, although I ate fried chicken breast and fries.
But the service is terrible, horrible.
The waitresses walk around the space, we call and they don't see you.
When they answer, they are impatient, irritated and don't like to explain the dishes.
I was almost late for the flight, as I wasn't able to pay the bill and when I went to pay, I was called to attention because I hadn't said, when I arrived, that I had a Dragom Pass voucher.
I don't recommend it.
Bad experience.

The bar tender, not sure actually who he was , was extremely rude. Then practically thru the shake us that was ordered. Not one else was in the joint. Good indication.

Food was extremely sub par ($20 burger and fries that were borderline cold). They put a 18% gratuity on your bill without telling you, and ask for a tip at the end in an extremely sneaky way. Scummy business practice. The place is basically self-service, you scan a QR code to order and pay, there’s basically no need for any server, so why is there an automatic 18% tip applied? Wouldn’t recommend to anyone..

They offer dragonpass discount but once you try to claim it, they say the system is offline

I didn't get to consume it on site, as the attendant was completely rude before even starting the service. She said she couldn't talk, as she was very busy and that she had to scan the QR code.

Keep walking. The food is horrible and not cooked to order. The staff basically drops your food on the table and walks away. They also include an 8% service fee. Make sure you look for that when it comes to the tip line on your check!

This is the worst food experience at the airport I’ve ever had.
I have celiac disease and a lot of autoimmunity and digestive issues. Today I was at the airport with my 4 year old daughter and husband hopping for a good vacation. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours and I was getting hungry. In the menu I found a grilled chicken salad that I was able to eat relatively safe. I purchase it in the box to avoid cross contamination.
Exhausted I sat in the corner stool in their empty cafe. Waitress immediately approached us and told us we can’t be there because it’s dine in. There was a sign “seat yourself” and she said it’s for dine it only. We said that there are no options for my allergy and we purchased food from them, can we stay for 5 minutes and finish salad ? She literally told us with angry face that we should leave. And she repeated “you must leave and can’t take our chair”. I had to throw away in a garbage this salad and drink I purchased from them . I’ll be filing complaint with their headquarters since it’s unethical and purely illegal to treat people with disabilities this way. I would understand if the place would be filled with people and I would take somebody’s else place. Curly red hair waitress in the glasses - shame on you
