I recently visited the Miami Airport location after being stuck in the airport for a few hours. While the food was absolutely spectacular, the customer service left a bit to be desired. The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, making it a standout in my opinion. However, the service was only average. The staff was polite but not particularly attentive or engaging. Despite this, the exceptional quality of the food makes this spot well worth a visit for any burger...
We came here because Visa Airport Companion does not have a VIP lounge at the Miami airport but you can eat something here (up to $32) in exchange for a pass.
We ordered the classic burger with fries, they were good.
The soda is tasteless, sparkling water, and the fact that it is mandatory to pay an 18% tip, outside of the pass, regardless of how you were served, or the quality of the food, is somewhat shocking, but we were warned before to order.

First, for a burger fries and one pint of beer it was $41 without tip.
Second, the fries that came with my burger were not fresh and extremely hard.
Third, the burger was just OK.
Fourth, the nice woman running the entire waitress and bartending operation just came barking to use the app for everything. I managed to get it to work...
