Decent tasting burgers — good smash but they’re greasy, making the buns super soggy and burgers are over sauced. You may walk in to no line and only a few tables waiting but expect a 45+ minute wait due to them prioritizing ubereats and takeout orders. It’s good, but not worth the hype or wait.
My wife has been wanting to try Cowy so being the super awesome husband I am I snuck off while she was working and grabbed us their signature smashed burgers and truffle fries. Wanted to check out the hype. While the customer service was alright maybe due to me showing up as soon as they opened and not knowing what to order at first, the atmosphere was pretty chill. Not too much traffic inside even though it's Wynwood. Grab those bad boys and rush off like the true smooth...

The cabrito burger is the perfect blend of my favorite flavors! and the croquettes was such a clever item to include, the fig jam is delicious and it brings out the cheese wonderfully ! keep the hard work guys i see amazing things coming your way!
