Visited right after work and this location was not crowded! Our server was excellent and very attentive! (Wish I remembered her name) she was truly exceptional! We ordered the the snow crab boil with shrimp. The boom seasoning made it very tasty, however wish sausage was included in the order.

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean this place is. The service is good and they have a big bar. Wasn't too crazy about the menu and offerings, though, which is the main point of a restaurant and what keeps you coming back. We thought the boil was low on contents. Might try this place another day to give it a second chance.

They arbitrarily charge 8% of taxes. Plus the cleaning is not the best, the floor is dirty and sticky, even when they are without many clients. The waiters take a while to serve you and they get lost in the table area, you have to stop to look for knives and everything you need.

Great seafood boil flavors. We took our orders to go and everything was well packaged. The boils had a great combination of crab legs, shrimp, lobster and potatoes. The service for take out was very fast and we found the hostess to be courteous and friendly. I can't comment for the sit in experience but take out was successful for us.

Crafty will always and forever hold such a dear place in my heart. Particularly the one at the Sunset location. I'm not lying when I say this particular location has to be the best Crafty amongst them all. It's crazy because it's been almost a year since I've last been here and the experience was the exact same. I typically come as soon as the place opens (12 on the dot haha).First off service here is always on point when I go. Management is also super involved. Now normally management is the least of my worries because I'm focused on my food and service, but a manager who puts this degree of consideration into customer satisfaction deserves so many flowers. Of all the managers I've ever seen she definitely takes the cake for most hands on. My server Alex was also so great. If I could opt to have him as my server every time I would. He was super attentive, helpful, and suggestive!The food was definitely good! I love a good, seasoned seafood boil. My only grievance is my meal was very salty (I still tore it up though haha). It could've been because I combined all three of the sauce types.The decor in here is super cute! Bunch of stuff fitting the theme and I love it! I also love the drink selections here! So many different types! Heads up they have menu items that are seasonal and not always listed on the menu so make sure to ask about that! I love how they serve alcohol pretty early. It was 12 and Alex had already asked me if I wanted a drink. My face must have shown it! When you get your day started as early as I do you like to drink early! Taste wise my drink was good/okay but overall the drinks made me super happy because they were nice and STRONG. My pumpkin shot was my favoiteeeee! So yummy. I'm not lying when I say I only had these two drinks and I definitely walked out of there feeling tipsy.I am definitely returning and would vouch for this particular Crafty Crab. Love the impeccable service and menu choices here!
