This is one of my favorite places to eat...I love seafood and this place gets it right majority of the time. My husband & I come here on a regular basis. I've made a seafood lover out of him lol!

The only good thing about my visit to Crafty Crab at The Falls was my server, Jessica. She was amazing and deserves a raise—handling almost the entire dining room by herself on Sunday. I ordered steamed oysters as a starter, but they were so tough I decided not to order anything else. To make things worse, a busser was standing in the middle of the restaurant watching the Dolphins game and popping a pimple like he was at home—completely unprofessional. Service aside, the food was disappointing, overpriced, and not worth it. Skip this place and head to Key Largo for quality seafood.

Mercedes, alex, and the general manager were all awesome. Mercedes recommended the best way to do our boil platter. Alex kept checking on our service, and the GM is on her A-game with the customer service, she over heard it was a birthday and gave us the full crafty crab experience! 😀🥹 Came for just a drink and got a 3 course meal and canceled our reservation next door, thanks to the hospitality. Coming back for sure!!

Okay, we had to wait a bit for a server but GiGi saved the day! She stepped in when our server was held up and made the end of a tough day just fantastic. Food was great (add noodles on the side to your boil!) and her and the cooks service was amazing. Hubby wanted lightly fried oysters and they came out crispier than he likes but he was fine. Gigi brought out fresh oysters, on behalf of the cook who made new ones without us asking so that we could have the best meal. We love it here. Keep it up, and give these two a raise!!!!
This was the saltiest and flavorless food boil I have ever had. Not sure what happened but I’ve tried a different location and the food was delicious. Was very disappointed with the food but our waitress was super sweet.

My daughter and I had lunch today to celebrate my daughter's Birthday. She loves crabs, and someone at work recommended Crafty Crab. I am happy we decided to give it a try. The service was great, and the food and ambiance were excellent. At first, I hesitated to try this place since there were several negative reviews. This is a perfect example, of why you should always give the restaurant a try and make your judgment. I had the Lobster boiled lunch special that included large shrimp, sausage, 2 round potatoes, and corn on the cob, and my daughter had the snow crab boiled plate. I will be back soon with my husband and try their happy hour specials they seem to be a good deal. I am sorry I did not write down the waitress's name, she was awesome and came to our table several times to ask us if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. She worked on Saturday, Sept. 7th at lunchtime, we sat at the first booth next to the bar. Thank you Craft Crab for a great experience.

The place was so full so the server was great but taking a long time to help me . I asked for headless shrimp médium spicy and had no spicy on it. It tasted like boiled shrimps. I was very disappointed. The martini I ordered was served on a regular cup 0 for the presentation. Not returning to crafty crab the falls.
