Tried to dine 30 mins before close and was told that they are closed if your gonna close 30mins before why stay open! Unhappy I only wanted a simple order of shrimp I was aware they are almost closed

Ok this was a nice surprise. We literally could not figure out where to get dinner one night and ended up here. What a fun experience. Nice server, kind of slow, but honestly they were all pretty young so I didn't fault them for that. The food was really good. We split a boil. Cajun style & medium heat. I look forward to doing something like this again. Restaurant was pretty empty, but it was clean and only a Tuesday night.

I read reviews on here before about parasites, roaches, and rotten food. I went today, got served a boom sauce, which was bland. Was watered down for sure compared to be before. Ended up with a rotten potato. Maybe if they didn't only give one potato per customer, they wouldn't have to deal with potatoes overstaying their welcome. Was disgusting. Overall, it's an expensive place to eat at. The staff don't check up on you ever. I noticed this as even though this place is beautiful, yet almost always empty. 3 other people hardly got any service either.The food is okay, getting worse and worse each time that I visit.

We were in Miami celebrating my husband birthday and went to this location 8705 SW 136th St. Omg, it was the best we had ever and our waitress (Yeney) was the best too. She was very alert, kind, engaged with assisting us with the menu, good communication, and very friendly which made us feel welcome. I recommend 100% ~Thank you YENEY for doing a fabulous job and surprising him with the birthday song and cheesecake ??

We went after lunch but before dinner. We ordered the fried fish with coleslaw, the fried shrimp with onion rings and The crab fries. Everything was pretty good except for the fries. I would not recommend them. The service was super good. She Was exceptional. Taking time to guide us through the menu. The ambiance was okay. Just a regular restaurant. Would o recommend it? Don't know if I would but maybe you should come for yourself.

My son and I recently went to Crafty Crab and we ate both so happy we did. I am allergic to shellfish so I was nervous. I had been craving catfish and we both ordered the fried catfish. Our waitress Yeney was amazing!! I explained to my food allergies and she let the kitchen staff know as well. They started a new batch of oil for our. We ordered two fried catfish and one order of calamari. EXCELLENT!!!!! Plenty of food. I couldn't eat all of mine so my son ate it. Catfish and Calamari were cooked to perfection! The place was clean, service was amazing and the food was excellent!! Will definitely be going back very soon!!

Went for a birthday celebration this Saturday. Service was awful food took long to come out and came out wrong, we sent it back to the kitchen and got something different. So disappointed that we didn't even eat. After all that the bill came back wrong and spent over an hour trying to fix it. Ask for the manager and they sent out a kid.
If I could leave less than one star I most certainly would! I went yesterday and when I was greeted I was told it was Margarita Monday and they were half off. We were a group of 4 and decided to ask each for one, we asked for the large boil and were told if King crab was added it had half the cost. The food itself was good, we also asked for another large boil as the flavor was good and another round of margaritas, when we receive the bill there was NO discounts and everything was regular price. When we questioned waitress, she first said she was new and didnt know prices, when we asked for a manager she said he was gone, we paid but did express we were unhappy and she tried offering more margaritas so she would not have to refund the additional cost she charged! We said no, I honestly did not want to make a show and told her to try calling her manager, she took a while and said all she can offer me was a giftcard and no money back for the drinks she charged incorrectly and regarding the king crab she sustained she applied discount, mind you I even check on the site to order to go and noticed the much significant difference on the cost she charged us! I am sorry I went to this location, not sure if the waitress charged me a higher cost to later keep the money or what her reasoning was but I find it unnaceptable that a manager was not present to make the corrections and the night costed me almost $500! Ridiculous! I would never recommend this place! Have your waitresses do proper training! My datenight after a stressful day at work was ruined! I expected more from a restaurant in the Falls area! We are frequent in many of the restaurants and never had to worry about double checking a bill to ensure cost was correct!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience. I was told there was a special on drinks and was charged regular price, when I asked for refund I was given a gift card instead of my money back in my card. We also were told there was a special on food and we add king crab at a reduce cost and was also charges regular price. I would NEVER be back to this establishment.

The food was amazing and the service was SUPERB. My family and I attended (party of 8 I'm from DC) and all the appetizers and entrees came within perfect timing. The drinks were cold and as refreshing as needed and the alcoholic shots were great. Michael the manager also came out to acknowledge us. Great Service!
