Sushi MAS Aventura

We just ordered from Sushi Mas and we are missing multiple items in our order. We called and some child manning the phones said there was nothing they could do. So they even said that we can't even get the money back for the items we're missing and to ask for a coupon next time we make an order.
Don't order from here, terrible customer service.

The food was great. Tried the Tonkotsu ramen, the Vibes Roll and the Truffle Salmon Roll. It was conveniently located right next to my hotel within walking distance and the prices weren't bad. It wasnt as busy as I would expect it to be either!

Horrible quality of the food. The fish in sushi tastes unfresh. The chicken in ramen is like plastic and tastes disgusting. Don’t recommend at all. Better spend this money in another place if you wanna good seafood experience !!!

the place looks nice but the food was pretty basic, we got miso soup, ademe, baos, shushies and all tasked like bought from the grocery stores, the service was very basic and I would say is the first restaurant in the zone that doesn’t have discount for the parking.

Absolutely loved my experience at this sushimas The fish was incredibly fresh, the rolls were beautifully presented, and everything tasted amazing. What really made the visit stand out was our server, Yina—she was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations that we ended up loving. Her service made the meal even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great sushi and excellent service.

I challenge anyone to talk past them here. There actual boxes of trash used to prop open their back door. If someone were to simply kick the trash that is there the pest crawl out. Additionally, monthly IS NOT enough for pest control for a restaurant. And smell is horrid and is so strong you can smell in the elevators. Clearly not properly ventilated . The review isn’t mean- it’s accurate.

DO NOT EAT HERE. This place is very dirty. They leave their back door open all day long and the smell that comes out of the back is disgusting. They leave trashed piled up high outside their door. Pests crawling in and outside there kitchen. EVERY restaurant knows to keep their back door shut to keep pests out. This is a coackroach hotel inviting them inside and mice. I live in this building with my family so I see how all the restaurants are from their back door and kitchen area when going through the back entrances. This is the only place who lets pests come inside and out. I even talked to the neighbors and they noticed how dirty they are with trash and we see inside their kitchen. If you’re going to be dirty at least hide it and close your door! Next time I will post photos. Their sushi (if you call it that) smells old and disgusting. They have roaches. Never ever eat here

The service is extremely disappointing. I came to the restaurant and the staff was slow and unprofessional.
I often order takeout. One time I arrived after waiting an entire hour, and was told that my order “was not received.” Then I was informed it would be ready in another 5 minutes. Seriously? After a full hour of waiting?
On top of that, servers spend 15 minutes in the restroom while a line of customers is forming. Loud videos can be clearly heard, which is completely inappropriate in a professional setting.
The food is tasty, but unfortunately the service and staff are at zero level, which ruins the overall experience.

I’m a customer of this place and come here often to order food since this place opened. They always been super cool and i’m used to get sauces at the store cause i don’t order them since i don’t like when they’re been mixed in my food already, i prefere them a part.
The problem it’s the new cashier girl, skinny with tinted hair and a piercing, i saw lately that she been pissed because simply she didn’t want give me the sauces cause maybe was too much work for her. She been stingy giving me less sauces than what i payed for and she let me wait on purpose more time before that, also if needed a second to give me the sauces and she try to make it harder as possible. Such a pity cause i always been a nice customer of this place, the girls before her they were all very friendly and kind. Sad to see such rude staff and unprofessional cause i liked this place

Went to Sushimas with my boyfriend and the food was a solid 4.5/10. The sushi was good but the ramen and octopus balls were not it AT ALL. My boyfriend was sick immediately after and threw up. The service was good though. Wouldn’t recommend, the food was not good compared to the price. And getting sick after eating sushi is unacceptable.

Don’t order the ramen. It’s the worst I’ve ever had. It’s not freshly cooked. Feel like it’s just having ingredients put in a bowl and then served. It’s even not hot.
