GEEEESH! waited 50 minutes to take out three people’s worth of food. sat there the whole time and the workers are all gen z coded talking talking talking and 0 working! No updating us or anything. I asked several times for updates and each time they were “just wrapping it up”. If gen z is so offended by takes on their work ethic, prove you can actually get a job done in a reasonable amount of time??

Not sure why this place has such good reviews. Maybe it’s different for dine-in, but my takeout order was one of the worst sushi experiences I’ve had. Cold, soggy, and completely lacking flavor. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

I had a frustrating experience with this restaurant. I called several times throughout the week to place a takeout order, but no one answered. When someone finally picked up, the employee didn’t speak any English and had to transfer me to someone else.

When I arrived to pick up my order, the same issue happened again — they couldn’t understand me, and none of the other staff spoke English either. I understand not every place is bilingual, but in an area where a certain level of English service is expected, this was a serious issue.

This is my top pick of sushi place since they have opened, I love it. But, unfortunately each time I ask for sushi they forget about something, or not put cream cheese I asked for. I hate having this problems as I love this sushi place. They don’t pay attention on clients requests.

This used to be pretty great, the food is good, you could come into the machine or through the app and place your order in seconds, now they changed it and you have to wait for a waiter the place your order to dine-in, which just takes longer and kills the experience, I hope you change it, this used to be our go-to place

Refused to provide the birthday discount that was emailed to me and the rep on the phone says the manager has to ask the owner. Online website doesn't work with the code as per their instruction. Said that the manager or they will have to call me back but didn't ask me for my name or my number.

If you can't provide the offer then don't email it to your customers.

Love love love Sushi Mas! Food is delicious and beautifully plated. Everything tastes fresh and I would highly recommend the wakame salad and miso soup with every meal. Katia is amazing. She has a warm and friendly personality. Fantastic service and always knows how to make you smile :)

Ordered a delivery on Memorial Day and boy was it memorable! Put an order in at 8:20 in the evening. Was charged 165 dollars, 45 minutes later and no mention of an outgoing delivery, I called the store directly. I was told that the kitchen was behind and the order was not prepared. I was also told to call the delivery service and complain to them. (Not sure why as the driver was waiting at the restaurant for 30 minutes.) When I told Grubhub that the order wasn’t yet made and to cancel, they proceeded to call the restaurant. The manager lied and stated that the food was in fact out for delivery. An obvious lie, as 15 minutes later I get an email from Grubhub stating that the order was cancelled by the restaurant as they were too far behind. (One hour and 22 minutes for the restaurant to admit absolute incompetence) Don’t waste your time or money on this half assed excuse for a sushi spot.
