Place has loss lots of quality since new management took over. Crepes are premade left on a table and saggy. Please make them fresh upon ordering. Kindly your valued customers. Employees are in the back talking not paying much attention to the front.

The crepes were burnt and stale tasting. I think the crepes were not freshly made. I saw pre-made crepes that she just reheated. Not enjoyable at all. I was also told that this is no longer part of the franchise.

Premade creppes? Cmon now…you’re supposed to lay down batter and make the shell per order….you have these laying around ready to “warm up.” They’re cold and chewy.

I got a delivery From this restaurant and I did not order the food. I called them to find out why they delivered crêpes to my address and nobody spoke English. There was no manager there and nobody spoke English and I had no clue why I was receiving this food. It does not make any sense. It was through Uber Eats and they couldn’t even tell me who ordered it or whether it was delivered to the wrong address. Very unprofessional and they hung up on me twice.
