On vacation we had some time to kill, so we booked an excursion a little past the cutoff time. Ryan came down and took us out anyway. Super nice captain, very knowledgeable of the ocean and lake. My fiance and I absolutely enjoyed it. 10/10!!!

This was such a great experience. We did a Work Team Outing and we chose the Cruisin Tiki, it was a total of 5 which was perfect it fit us comfortably as it only fits a total of 6. We bought food and brought it on board and enjoyed lunch while being toured thru the Miami River. Ryan was great, he had a cooler with ice and water, we added our drinks to the cooler and we were able to connect to the bluetooth and play our music, the ride was and 1 1/2, it was relaxing and we got lucky with great weather, I will definitely be back thank Cruisin Tiki for your services.

HUGE shout out to MJ our operator! Extremely professional gentleman very knowledgeable on the Miami waterway and sites. He kept us well informed the entire trip even down to when water would splash on the tiki boat. I would have to say this excursion was the best thing on my trip to Miami this time. I will certainly do it again..next time the sunset version:) HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended! Ask for MJ U will not be disappointed.Thank u

Captain Will was wonderful and nice. He made us feel very welcomed. He was very knowledgeable at his job and made us feel incredibly safe. The views were spectacular and it was at a bargain price. Additionally, waters and cutlery were provided on the house. Highly recommend!

We had a blast! We did the 90-minute Miami River Cruise on 4/20/25 @ 5pm. We got lucky & ended up with the whole tiki boat to ourselves! Our captain, Ethan, was awesome...very nice, friendly & professional young man. They truly honor the full 90 minutes you pay. You can connect to their stereo system via Bluetooth to play your own tunes! BYOB. They have a large cooler with ice for your drinks. The Miami River Tour is a blast if you wanna be able to pass many other boats, yachts, etc...see & be seen. Amazing experience from begging to end. Even the online booking on their website was a breeze. Immediately received confirmation email with all details. Keivy, another captain who greeted us & checked our tickets, was also extremely nice, attentive & friendly. Will be touring with them again soon since they have SO many different packages & options. UPDATE: I enjoyed this cruise SO much, I went back with another friend on 4/22/25 for their 5pm Miami River Cruise, again, & Keivy W. was our captain this time. SUPER knowledgeable, attentive, friendly & nice! So far, these tours have been amazing. Will be trying a different one next time.

We got there at 6:55, which is 5 min before they said it was scheduled to leave. They left us, we called, they offered the 9pm, then canceled. It was our anniversary night. They promised a refund and have not received it. Very dissatisfied.
