I am a Doordash delivery worker and I have gone twice to get orders and the employees have a bad attitude and want to treat you badly. Today I went again to get an order, I asked for the customer's name and the guy there told me it wasn't ready yet. About 10 minutes passed and they had already delivered their orders to 4 people who had just ordered at the store and mine had not yet been delivered. I asked her again if she was ready, if she had a long way to go and she was upset. First, if it was ready, why as soon as I asked him again, he gave it to me and second, I'm just doing my job because it's my responsibility to be attentive to the order. If it bothers you or you don't like your job, don't do it and that's it.

Tonight was our first time here, we decided to give it a try after seeing so many people in line after 1 hr 45 min of waiting this is what got versus what we ordered, no comments… according to their worker they didn’t have what we ordered
I had to stand there for for hour just to get my order i literally. Had to get everyone attention so they can look for my order to check if it was ready there is no order while working. Everyone is just walking like they don’t know what there doing looking at each other. I live this place since it open but girl the wait. One of them should worried about prepping the order while the other one is. Getting the cookie girl let’s get it together ✨✨✨✨ no hard feeling There just cookies what’s so hard about it

I had a very frustrating experience in this place, twice. I tried to order through mobile app and I was waiting for my order for 45 minutes and they never gave it to me. There were more than 30 people in this very small room, and they were working extremely slow and ineffective. I ended up canceling my order and just leaving. Such a waste of time. This is not the first time when something like this happens in this particular spot.
