Awful customer service, awful employees, awful cookie presentation, awful awful awful. They handed me a cookie without even looking at me or acknowledging my presence. The franchise owner and store manager need to rebrand this store, their employees everything. No matter the time I visit, it’s an awful experience, every shift is awful.

If i could i would give you 0 star the customer service here is absolutely horrible, at first i ask for 2 milkshakes, 2 pink velvet and 2 kentucky butter wich is the flavor this week as i know and the lady was super rude like if i was asking for a hot dog literally she had no idea what flavor i was asking for, and then she started talk with the other 2 ladies and looked at me. She threw the cookies with a really bad attitude and the gave it to me with the box dirty all over the place. Your really need to take care of your bussines specially bc the cookies are really expensive in order to receive that kind of customer service i would never go back to this location
