I've been to plenty of crumble but this one is the worst of them all the floor dirty. The crew was sitting in the back didn't care of if customer needed help or not. I asked him for a question and yet they answer me with attitude. Like if I'm bothering them, we need to be more professionalism because we're not wasting $2 on cookies here. We're wasting at least $5 per cookie so have more advocacy and professionalism when it comes to customer service

messed up my order and the manager literally scolded me because of a mistake HER employees made. So dissapointing, I even called to see why i recieved ONE cookie instead of three and when I go THEY HAD IT the whole time. She claims to not know a single thing about it even though her employees went to get her word for it on what to do to fix my situation. What a bummer.

So today I would give 5 stars for the Dubai Brownie. It is absolutely the best so far in Cookie Crumbl. I gave it a fours star because there wasn’t enough employees for the demand on this great tasting brownie. The line was outside the door. My wait time was an hour long and they WERE NOT going in the order of the screen. It was very BUSY today. Everybody was their for this Dubai Brownie. But besides the wait for this great tasting brownie and all the madness in The store. I would have given it 5 stars.

Excellent service and delicious, quality cookies. Manager Tiffany greeted us upon arrival and runs a clean and efficient store.
This is the BEST Crumbl in town. The manager works the stations herself AND serves the customers. Leadership there is incredible. I drive 20 min past two other Crumbls to this location because the of professionalism and customer service.

Awful customer service. One of the cookies had a hair baked into it, and when I reached out, the customer service was rude and dismissive. It took the manager two hours to get back to me, and when she finally did, she only offered $4.49 for a single cookie—even though I had purchased a 4-pack and had to throw the entire box away. Obviously, once you find a hair in your food, the whole batch is ruined. Truly a horrible experience. Do not go to this location. Gross.
