This place reminds me of the restaurants in Spain! The waiters on the street waving you in, the tapas, and the drink specials. We came here specifically for the happy hour which is every day 4pm-8pm and all alcoholic drinks are 50% off. The happy hour did not disappoint, the drinks were strong and cheap which was refreshing for Miami. We only had one tapa because we already had a dinner reservation but the patata bravado were as good as the ones we had in Spain. The atmosphere...
Wonderful little spot! We stopped in for lunch and had a great experience. The service was great; friendly and helpful. The food was really good. The plantain tostones with shredded crispy flank steak was a good start, then came the pimento stuffed with cod that was light and fragrant. Then the two stars of the show came! We just moved to the area and decided on brunch at Cubata, and let me start by saying what a great choice! The service was fantastic. The waitress was knowledge and helped me decide on what to order as a vegetarian. Had plenty of options. My dad ordered fresh fish ceviche. Everything was delicious. The sangria was delicious. We will be coming back when visitor's come to town.
