Wonderful authentic German food and brews at the Cuckoo Clock tonight. We enjoyed speaking with owner Stefan who told us the sausage we ordered is made by an American who apprenticed in Germany. Waitress was really nice and attentive. For dessert, Americano coffee, strudel with vanilla ice cream, and Black Forest cake were all delicious. We heard German being spoken as we entered - always a good sign. If I were a local Iād return for their happy hour (offered all night on Tuesdays).
