I've ordered delivery from here on several occasions & they're my favorite wings bc of whatever the sauce is they put on the wings. I've ordered them exclusively bc I really like that flavor. I ordered them late last night for delivery & was surprised they were just naked wings. They were closed by the time I received my order so I called today & after explaining the situation to the young lady that answered the phone (Tiana?) & asking for a manager.... I was told there wasn't one. Then I asked her what did she suggest I do. Obviously she didn't have a suggestion bc she hung up on me. If you're a foodie like me you know how much getting a wrong order hurts. She said I had to request the sauce & in over 10+ orders I have never once had to ask for it. It's even shown on the menu w/sauce. Customer service is hard, I get that... but great customer shouldn't be treated like trash! Do better

This place is a scam. Tried to do an Uber delivery for pick up and it’s just Snapper’s. Someone is lying about this location .

I ordered from Cupid's Wings while at Wynwood Brewing Co. I was hungry for wings and Wynwood Brewing didn't have any food/food trucks available. I was a little leery since Cupid's Wings wasn't on Yelp and didn't show up on Google Maps. They were offering $3 off your order and their prices were pretty good, so I decided to give them a try. The food was prepared and delivered pretty quickly in about 20 mins. I ordered the Ryan combo, which was 10 wings. You also had to choose a sauce and a side, even though it cost extra, which was annoying. I chose hot sauce, which wasn't hot at all but tasted good, and cole slaw, which came in a tiny condiment cup. I was pleasantly surprised with the wings. I'm used to places giving you small chicken wings. Not here! I had what felt like a mountain of wings. Cupid's Wings gives you the whole wing. I got the honey lemon pepper wings. The lemon pepper flavor was very faint, but the wings were crispy and the honey sauce was yummy.My bf got the spicy fried chicken sandwich which, sadly, was not anywhere near as my wings, nor was it very spicy, but it tasted good. We also got a side of fries, which were cold and limp. FYI: fries actually came with the sandwich and the wings (this wasn't listed in the meal descriptions).Overall, although there are several areas for improvement, I see potential in Cupid's Wings. I may give their wings a try again in the future, especially if they offer more sales deals on Uber Eats.
